Joe Tony's Bourbon Steak

Just celebrated my husband’s birthday dinner tonight. Snuck into this little establishment last minute. Best steak and service that I have had in ages. Maybe the best steak ever. And my mojitos were 🔥🔥😮‍💨🙌🏾. Can't wait to come back again.

Absolutely the best food I’ve eaten since my daddy was alive! Service was amazingly attentive our glasses were never empty. Every team member was exceptionally polite. The restaurant had a feel good at home elegance. Prices are more than reasonable for a way better meal and experience than any other restaurant in this area. WTG JT’s Bourbon Steak!!!

Absolutely loved this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and just the right mix of classy and cozy. The staff were fabulous—attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Now the food... wow! The steak was grilled to absolute perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. And the side dishes? Incredible! Every bite was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with taste. This place is a gem—can’t wait to come back!

Our first time visiting New Philadelphia, and this place was spot on ! Filet was perfectly cooked, salad was fresh, best blu cheese dressing I’ve ever had ! Drinks were great , and service from Abbey was exceptional! Thanks, Cathy & Manny

We were in on 5/17/25 as we are regulars. The place was very busy and there was a very large group there as well. Our server was fantastic, our order took much longer than usual. Which was understandable with the crowd. When our dinner was served and the food was outstanding as usual we then asked for the check. And let’s just say we were quite surprised with it and discussed it with our server as well. They were very apologetic that our dinner took so long. We said we completely understood but the bill remained the same. We cannot help but to recommend this place to go to and have a wonderful meal. The staff is fantastic and so is the food.

Our server, Jessica L., was amazing! She was on top of bringing us warm bread and fresh drinks. The lump crab salsa and salad are amazing! Cannot wait to go back!

Sometimes we go in and eat steak w friends sometimes we order burgers for take out. Either way the food is so delicious. You can tell they really care about the food they prepare for you its never disappointing! Its really is the best restaurant in New Phila. Highly recommend!

We stumbled upon Joe Tony's one night when my husband's coworker was in town from Indiana and our other local restaurant was closed. We have since claimed that as the new go- to spot when he's in town AND my husband and I have enjoyed multiple date nights here. We LOVE the Wednesday night steak specials. You cannot go wrong with their Filet. We also recommend their triple cheese appetizer, but instead of marinara ask for it with their beer cheese. *Chefs kiss!!* Their glazed brussel sprouts are so good that we now just order a double side of that with our meal. I could go on and on about the food, but ultimately we've tried many things off the menu and there wasn't anything that was bad. The waitresses are absolute sweethearts and really care that you're happy with your meal, as do the kitchen staff. This is a local spot that truly cares about every individual that comes to dine with them. 10/10 I recommend checking them out!

Their Jambalaya was delicious, as are the other items on the menu.

Food was great. Except for the scallops. Made me sicker then a dog. Dont know if they just weren't fully cooked or what. That was the only thing i ate Saturday. Made me ill.!

We visit here about once every couple months, have never had bad food or bad service. Absolutely amazing steak! By far the best food in Dover/New Philly and reasonably priced. Keep up the great work guys!!
