Joe Tony's Bourbon Steak

Sometimes we go in and eat steak w friends sometimes we order burgers for take out. Either way the food is so delicious. You can tell they really care about the food they prepare for you its never disappointing! Its really is the best restaurant in New Phila. Highly recommend!

We stumbled upon Joe Tony's one night when my husband's coworker was in town from Indiana and our other local restaurant was closed. We have since claimed that as the new go- to spot when he's in town AND my husband and I have enjoyed multiple date nights here. We LOVE the Wednesday night steak specials. You cannot go wrong with their Filet. We also recommend their triple cheese appetizer, but instead of marinara ask for it with their beer cheese. *Chefs kiss!!* Their glazed brussel sprouts are so good that we now just order a double side of that with our meal. I could go on and on about the food, but ultimately we've tried many things off the menu and there wasn't anything that was bad. The waitresses are absolute sweethearts and really care that you're happy with your meal, as do the kitchen staff. This is a local spot that truly cares about every individual that comes to dine with them. 10/10 I recommend checking them out!

Their Jambalaya was delicious, as are the other items on the menu.

Food was great. Except for the scallops. Made me sicker then a dog. Dont know if they just weren't fully cooked or what. That was the only thing i ate Saturday. Made me ill.!

We visit here about once every couple months, have never had bad food or bad service. Absolutely amazing steak! By far the best food in Dover/New Philly and reasonably priced. Keep up the great work guys!!

You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The burgers are so good it was multiple visits before I got to trying the steak. I got the 12oz ribeye for lunch and it was superb. The sides are excellent and everything that I see come out to other tables looks amazing as well. Can’t recommend enough and the service and atmosphere match the food quality.

The food has consistently been outstanding as well as the service. They really knock it out of the park, you will love it.

If you have never dined here you are missing out. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here tonight and I have to say the food was superb and service excellent . We'll definitely go back.

Great steak and the Brussel Sprouts are awesome. On issue was our table was very small for four people (and we're not bih). Having it up against the wall didn't help. But will definitely go back

Joe Tony's Bourbon Steak is an absolute gem in New Philadelphia, Ohio! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.

The food? Absolutely extraordinary. Every bite was a masterpiece—decadent, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. The cocktails were perfectly crafted, balanced, and creative—some of the best I’ve had anywhere.

The staff here are phenomenal, and the service is top-notch. A special shoutout to Jess, who was my server. She is unbelievable—friendly, attentive, and an all-around wonderful person. Her presence made the night even more enjoyable!

This place has officially made it to my list of must-stops whenever I'm in New Philadelphia. If you're looking for a spot that combines exceptional food, stellar cocktails, and an amazing vibe, Joe Tony's Bourbon Steak is the place to be!

You know that they don't cook with seed oils?! If you don't know what a Delmonico is? Get your ass here! And the bar staff is absolutely amazing! The chefs and the cooks have their own unique ingredients and you will never taste something with a flavor profile as cool as this place! They have Christmas decorations, they are friendly super attentive and there is more whiskey on the wall than their shelves should allow! Please come here and enjoy a amazing dinner and a decent cocktail! 10 out of 10 recommend

I was exhausted from a riugh work week and craved a good steak. I didn't want to travel far. My husband and I both got 8 oz. steaks that came with a really nice salad and parmesan asparagus. The bread was delicious, too. I took a lemon cake home that was a real treat. The wait staff and everyone involved were excellent.
