Honestly if I can give zero Stars I would have but it doesn't give you the option. This place is absolutely disgusting and the staff are very rude. Just went through there with my wife and got breakfast as soon as we get back home my wife goes to eat her egg and bacon biscuit and there was a long gray hair in it. We called up there and spoke with it so called manager she was very rude from the beginning. We asked if they were hairnets she said no they wear hats. She also said there was nobody there with long gray hair which was a complete lie because when we pulled up to the window to pay there were two older women with long gray hair with their hair down in the hat on top of their hair. We asked for a refund for our order and she said that she could just replace the biscuit. Mind you the hair was in my wife's mouth after she took the bite that is absolutely disgusting. We are definitely going to call corporate and the health department needs to check this place out soon. Incompetent staff

I’m absolutely disgusted with this particular location. I go late night two weeks ago. I ask for fresh food and I get nasty food which I got severely sick from! It was never fresh! I just got attitude!! I was sick for a week and half! I report it to a manger after the incident! Nothing was done and they never mentioned it like they said they would. Go there recently to find out it was never reported to the higher ups and an excuse was made about the employee who did me wrong that night! I’ll never eat here again and will take my business elsewhere! Only thing I can trust is just pop out of the fountain! They get paid $15 an hour and we customers pay $10 or more for a meal! This doesn’t sit right when we the community deserve better! Shame on this location!

Cold fries, long wait in drive thru when nobody else was there. Rude staff, tried adding on a sundae to my Oder but they wanted me to drive all the way around just to add on bc they can’t do it at the second window, how am I suppose to add it once in to the first when it’s closed?!
Just wanna put this out there they crispy MC Chicken isn't like it used to be witch sucks the crispy it was at deep fried and the new McDonald's chicken idk what y'all are using but it's like a raw peice of chicken on bread
The food here is good and the building is really nice, but the one thing about this McDonald's is that when you ask for a cheeseburger with no mustard, no Mayo, and extra pickles they won't put mustard on, but they put Mayo on. And,you only get like 3 pickles. You regularly get 3 pickles. Plus, they barely ever put salt on the fries. And it's expensive too for some reason.

Went through drive through and ordered two chocolate chip cookies. When I got to the window to pick up item they said to pull forward to the last window because they just put the cookies in to bake. I pulled up and waited 10 minutes and finally had to leave with no cookies. How long does it take to warm up a couple cookies?

After ordering food are food was given to sum one else then they tried giving us the food after sum one else had it for more than 10 minutes in there vehicle when we asked for new food or for an inspection to be done of the food to insure it was not tampered with they refused to do either one when we asked abought getting are money back we were refused and told we need to leave or the cops well be called I can't belive people like this are allowed to be in business and treat there customers like this deftly not going here ever agin I will make the extra trip to dover even if it's out of the way.
