We ordered Philly Cheese steak papadia and buffalo wings and it was delish! Everything was cooked perfectly and hot on delivery. Delivery was faster than the time they said it would be. Thanks Papa John's. I didn't have to cook tonight. :)

The pizza is great with many choices of pizzas, sides, drinks, and other food choices available. You can either have your food delivered or pick it up at a drive-thru window on the side of the building. Carryout from the inside of the restaurant is no longer available. Order by phone, computer, or app is available.
Parking: The outside of the store is not well lit from 3rd street to find the store location and drive through area from the back of the store on 3rd street. This is a reminder that there isn't any carryout from the inside of the store.

I was at the drive thru, picking up my pizza. The lady hands me my pizza but forgot my extra dipping sauce... Again. As I try to ask her for my dipping sauce, she closes the window and walks away. Their food is good, but their service is trash. I usually don't leave reviews, but this isn't the first time this has happened.

I love their pizza . Now the wings, not so much. I guess, I like a crispier wing. The containers the wings came in tipped and leaked, so be careful. This particular Papa John is a drive thru, so very little interaction. But they're friendly.

Since I was from Out of State, I was quite disappointed to find that I had to stay outside and phone in my order. Then later had to drive up to window and ask if my pizza was done.

The manager has severe mental issues and likes to scream and cuss at customers. I will never give Papa John's another dollar, ever again, especially the one in New Philly. I placed my order and paid for it on the app. I then called the restaurant to see if I could change the medium pizza to a thin crust. The idiot kid who I talked to ended up charging me a second time for the pizza and didn't bother saying that they don't have thin crust mediums. After my bank texted me that I was charged again, I called the restaurant, again... the first person I talked to understood what I was saying, but the manager had no clue what she was talking about. The manager got on the phone, but just kept talking through me and wouldn't let me speak. I had to try to explain what they did 4 times and she just kept saying "he's just a kid!" I said I didn't care and I wanted my money back and should not have been double charged. She then proceeded to scream and cuss at me, like a crazy person. I kept asking her to stop screaming at me and she had a complete meltdown and said she wasn't refunding my money and she was canceling the order. That pathetic woman has no business being a manager or ever dealiing with a customer. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Seems to me that the manager has severe mental problems, as while she was screaming and cussing at me, she had the nerve to say I was being rude for saying that I didn't care if "he's just a kid" and just wanted my money back. No normal person would completely flip out like that. A normal person would have apologized for the mistake, and refunded my money. I ended up calling their corporate offices and explained that she refused to refund my money, screamed and cussed at me, and canceled my order. That crazy woman should be fired amd never work with the public, ever again. She acted like I was doing something wrong by saying I didn't care if he's just a kid and I wanted my money back. She went even more nuts when i told her to stop interrupting me. The manager is a complete nutjob and needs mental help for her severe emotional issues. I will never spend another hard earned dollar at Papa John's.

The drive thru concept is really not the way. Making everyone in line wait for the person in front of them to receive their order even if yours is already done is nonsensical.
App is easy to use. They made it quick. It was very good. One of my favorite pizza places. It was pick up do I dont know what they mean by atmosphere.
