Extremely dismissive staff wouldn't help customers with kiosks or ordering at all I ordered a box that comes with a medium drink and never got it i asked for it and was ignored. Foods good but staff is questionable at best. 8/7/2025

This Taco Bell location does a good job at making tasty food, but the service isn't always great. I've needed to go inside a few times because of a wrong or missing item. There was one time they made my online order as soon as I placed it, causing the food to be cold by the time I arrived. There are times where this location is slow, but I've noticed this at a lot of fast food locations in New Philadelphia, so I don't think this is unique.

Is Taco Bell is really good they always get you what you want and they are usually pretty fast. The only problem I have is not just with this Taco Bell it is all Taco Bells they charge entirely too much money if you get a taco and replace the beef for chicken I wish they could figure out a cheaper way to serve their customers in this area look at your receipts from my understanding they charge you to take the beef out and then charge you to replace it with chicken as well if I'm wrong someone please correct me
Vegetarian options: They don't necessarily to my knowledge have a vegetarian menu per se but they will accommodate you if you have a vegetarian request
Wheelchair accessibility: I believe it would be very easy to get your wheelchair in and out they do have a wheelchair ramp pipe parking lot

They have an automated voice over their drive-through now that gets your order and it got mine completely wrong. Didn’t hear anything that I said had to get a human being to help me and she wasn’t happy about it! Totally rude. I ordered a burrito grande, toasted burrito and it was completely cold, it had a sausage patty not the crumbles, none of the cheese was melted, just awful. A med coffee and 12 Cinnabon things (because for some dumb reason, $$$$$, you can only get 2 or 12 of them!!!???) and it cost 16 and some change. 16! Seriously!!! The other Taco Bell’s in this area at least give u a hot burrito!! This was the 2nd time I went through for breakfast and it was cold both times. Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to by far!!

The automated ill robot is the worst thing I have ever came in contact with. The robot couldn’t understand basic words and then an employer had to take over anyway. So let’s ask ourselves what is the point then? Massive slow down, and are we getting away with human interaction lol?. What a joke our society has came to.

All the workers must have been nodding out they asked me the same question three times and then at the window forgot my drink and sauce
I pull up to the window and immediately the middle aged lady at the window says that they’re out of the strawberry lemonade and if reg lemonade is fine. She was already holding the reg lemonade and asking with a stupid smile. I just said fine and took it. The other girl who handed me the bag where the order was (even though they hand it to me in boxes when I order the exact same thing every time) also had a stupid smile when handing it to me. After I get home I notice one of my items wasn’t in the bag. Almost $3 for who? Then I noticed that the changes I had put in my online order were completely ignored. So not only did they not have my entire order, they couldn’t even fill it out right. Throw the whole crew away. This is the most incompetence a fast food place has shown in a long while!

The place is trash workers standing in the parking lot talking to people you wait at the drive through nobody’s answers why because there in the parking lot and they can see you pull up I waited almost 20 minutes and nobody would say a word through the drive through that’s terrible staff

I came through for a doordash order and the line went out to dollar tree next door, I get they're understaffed but I was in that line for about 35 minutes, it was ridiculous. It was around 10:30pm on a Friday night, absolutely ridiculous. You'd be better off driving a bit further to a more competent location.
