We're frequent patrons of this Texas Roadhouse and for good reason!I've never been disappointed with any steak, drink or side while eating here.If it's a weekend, we usually call ahead for seating and our wait can be comfortably enjoyed in our own vehicles until they text us.We always have good servers and we can count on their attention to detail.If you want a good meal and attentive service, I highly recommend you visit Texas Roadhouse in New Philly Ohio.

We had to change our order to To Go bc Prom Walk was about to start after waiting an hour our food still hadn’t came out so we told our wonderful server and she made it happen fast. Love her. Warmed my food up and my steak was so burnt when I had ordered medium rare it was burnt and chewy. Just not impressed. Service was great. Food terrible.

It was very crowded when I went, but I didn't have to wait more than 1 or 2 minutes to be seated. What made my experience less than it could have been was having to hear a young waitress behind the hostess stand let out a very loud & inappropriate cuss word. It was not the first thing I want to hear when I walk inside a restaurant. She was laughing & giggling like she was at a party, not like she was a staff member.

Steak was good tonight. Service was great. This location is usually very busy. Food arrived hot. Ribeye cooked just right. We shy away from the new York strip. Much cheaper cut of steak and never appears to be the same cut. My last new York strip appeared to be a square cut out of a roast.. My wife had the same thing but appeared more normal of a cut. Her steak was way over cooked and dry. Stick with the ribeye! Much better steak.

Food had Hair in it. Plates were dirty. Nothing was comped or apologized for. Will never come back. Ruined my family dinner. I'm writing this as a am waiting for my credit card to be returned with my 80 dollar bill.
Ok, so this call ahead thing they are doing is very annoying. We stood and waited for an hour and 15 minutes. In the meantime, the call ahead people just walk in and get seated. It's not a reservation it's a hold my place in line deal. We should have just gone outside and called and walked back in and get seated. Either take Reservations or dont.
