I'm 45 years old and had my absolute worse customer experience ever here. Very sad to see this place of business turn to what it has from when the old owner had the place. I walked in with my order at 50 minutes and was told they just got the ticket amd were dropping my wings. I complained why it was such a long time and the young entitled employee told me she won't be disrespected by me! Not we are sorry or anything to work with me on it. Nope the guy standing behind the counter with his way underage children told me it was disrespectful I told them they need to get their online fixed if this is how it worked. Food was good is only thing they have going for them. Building isn't clean, service is terrible. Employees are untrained joke. Such a shame.

Ordered take out through door dash. Food got here on time and quickly. Until you can’t pick up a piece of pizza. There is no way to eat it unless you have a serving spoon. When I called the initial response I received wasn’t “sorry” or “what can I do” it was well I’ll leave a message and we will see if the owners want to give you a discount. Terrible customer service. Sorry for calling and bothering you.

NEVER a disappointment! Sooooo yummylicious. Pizza is my favorite. Your Pizza Shop of Hartville always has great deals. Next time I'll explore other options , but I'm positive I'll say the same thing. The owners and staff are great and always smiling 😁😁❤️❤️🫶🫶

I ordered food online at 8:06. It had a ETA of 8:50-9:00. I called at 9:35. They apparently had not checked there online orders. After being on hold for a few minutes, they were just starting the order. Only because i called to check on it. Not even a sorry that we missed your order. Not impressed.

Your pizza shop is a nice little place to order from and have it delivered to wherever you are in a reasonable amount of time. The service is EXCELLENT they don't rush me in case I am not sure what I want to order and help me out. The food is great I am kind of a picky eater so I really do have to have good food in order my to eat it and Your Pizza Shop has me hooked ! !
