(Used to) visit this location nearly every day for breakfast. I always get a bacon egg and cheese bagel and a frappe. Today I asked for an extra shot of espresso and the result was a 3/4 full extremely melted frappe, of which I asked for a refund. They didn’t refund the proper amount. They shut the window in my face and wouldn’t open it again. When I went in to get the full refund I could hear the employees complaining about me (loudly). Extremely unprofessional. I always have issues here and have overlooked them. I worked in food service for 10 years. I never complain or leave bad reviews but I’m so disappointed in the lack of respect. I’d never audibly complain about a customer in front of them. What a shame. I’ll take my ~$200/month I spend on breakfast and spend it elsewhere. I know extra shots make the frappe more melted, but as a former barista, it’s not hard to actually fill a cup up all the way. Or add a little extra ice and put it in a large cup. I’ll never eat at this location again.

Every single table was dirty. Acted like it was inconvenience to come and clean one off. Ordered cheeseburger- no cheese on it. Ants were crawling on table. All sort of food debris on all wind ledges

We ordered to dine in. However, they made it to go and it took 25 minutes for them to make it. When we got it it was cold, and we had to go up instead of them bringing it to us. The table is dirty.

Revision from 3 star quick/cheap review about 3 years ago. The last time I ate McDonald's.
I ordered the 5$ bag with mcdouble, 4 pc nugget, small fry/drink. This was the best mcdonalds experience I've had since I was a kid. I haven't eaten here in years but the nuggets were crispy/juicy. The fries were straight out the fryer. The burger was perfect. The service was amazing and friendly,

Ordered a sausage egg biscuit in drive thru. Checked the order and I got an egg biscuit. Proceeded to go inside and inform the person up front they messed up the order. She takes the said egg biscuit from me. Takes it out of the bag. Opens it up. Proceeds to take the biscuit and egg apart with her bare hands and tells the line cook to put a sausage patty on it. I then proceeded to tell her to make a new one. There is no way that she is ServeSafe certified. I will not be eating here again. Every time the order is messed up. Id rather have Frisch’s back.

And listen, I know it's McDonald's, but no one who works there looks or sounds happy.

Fries tasted like grease... burger was ordered as bacon quarterpounder got charged for the bacon. They did not put bacon on it. Every time I have come to this Mcdonalds, my order has been messed up in one way or another. Usually keeping my bacon off my sandwich. Went here over 10 times already. Now I just go and apple pie or something that can't be messed up. Tables weren't cleaned, and I didn't see anyone attempting to clean tables. Bathrooms were clean, at least!
I always hit the drive-thru but the staff is very kind and polite and normally pretty quick. Unless it's breakfast hour or lunch hour lol But, that's anywhere almost.

The manager tonight accused me of stealing a drink without even looking at my receipt which shows I added it at the counter from some man after ordering everything else at a station she legitimately cussed and was told to go outside but would not look at the receipt my food then was cold and I can’t support them anymore which is sad because we go for coffee their everyday can’t wait to talk to my friend at corporate and get her handled obviously when it’s rush hour she chooses violence and becomes overwhelmed definitely not someone who should represent a managers position
