I tried this store again and it is actually worst than last time. I guess they feel they can make bad pizza's because they have no competition in New Richmond. The Bethel papa johns is great with the same franchisee but they have other pizza places to compete with there. They won't steal another dollar from me.

The stuff crust was amazing, cooked to perfection with a great amount of toppings. Perfect amount of cheese. The staff was not very friendly but it was a great pizza.

Every time I order here they mess it up, I order extra x2 of bacon and peperonis I get no bacon and barley any peperonis I paid 18-20 dollars

Great people and service!
Ordered bacon, onion and green peppers with ranch sauce...they should be ashamed. Had to search for the onions and bacon. Ranch sauce i didn't even taste. Seriously doubt I'll be ordering from PJ again.
Typical Papa John's. Placed an online order and was in and out. Staff was courteous, and the place looked clean.
The app is messed up. It said my order had been picked up. I called and it said order is ready for pickup. I went and the pizzas are in the oven.

I hadn’t been to Papa John’s in ages, and Edward couldn’t have been more kind, patient, and helpful with all my questions. He went above and beyond to make our night, and it was truly appreciated. I hope Papa John’s knows how lucky they are to have him on their team!

Stopped in to get bbq boneless wings and needless to say, I've very disappointed as there was barely any bbq sauce.
I ordered a pizza with extra bacon and pepperoni and they gave me little to nlthing on it but cheese, I was very unsatisfied
