Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Today about noon I stopped at the west bound service plaza for a DQ malt, something I often do. Today the malt was disappointing. As soon as the malt was set on the counter I could see it was quite thin, more of a flavored milk. I pointed this out to the server. She must have been trained not to respond to complaints because she just stared at me with no affect, even when I restated the problem. I look forward to more delicious DQ malts and hope this glass of chilled flavored milk was just an aberration.

I was here on a Saturday 9/9/23 during lunch hours. Got a sundae and a banana split. It was fresh and very tasty.

I refuse to stop here for lunch again. I've stopped here twice a few months apart and both times I got a stomach virus. Once is a coin toss. Twice means something is wrong here.

I’ve cream does not taste like DQ ice cream. Never again!

I frequently travel the turnpike and today I was truly disappointed with the customer service with DQ. There were three bus loads of people which of course mean the lines are extremely long. After waiting for a half hour with three people in front of me… nonchalantly the person said… we are closed.Keep going…. Stop at the next stop if you can.

Don’t say you’re open until 8 if you’re not going take orders at 7:50. If you want to be out at 8 close up at 7 then.

This place is so slow. Refused to come to counter at 11 am when its supposed to be open. "Workers" sitting back there laughing and joking around. This is definitely not a place to eat at.

The cashier was very friendly , other lady in the back very rude rolled her eyes once I asked for ketchup and missing things from my order . She seemed like she did not want be at work .Very long wait time just for a small order .

Not DQ Ice Cream! The Ice Cream taste different. The toppings are stale!! I know this is a waste of time, no one cares! The overall ratings here suck! Wish I’d seen them first!

Waited in line for approximately 10 minutes. There were 3 people left in line and just told us to leave. We are closed now? What the hell? What restraunt does this? Certainly none I have ever worked for.

Just stop stood in line for 10 minutes it was 10 till eight they cooking all kind of stuff told us that they’re closed and we couldn’t even get an ice cream cone

I got the chicken combo sandwich. chicken was raw. lemonade was just regular water. The fries were just good. a lunch in the trash

I had the DQ $6 lunch combo. For $6, I got a cheeseburger, fries, drink and a small hot fudge sundae. The food was fresh and served with a smile. My wife had lunch from Panera and paid $13.97 for a small bowl of soup, half of a sandwich and a drink. For a fast lunch on the turnpike, I preferred my $6 DQ special.
