A great place to catch a ice cream or In my case a delicious hamburger. On the Ohio turnpike.The food was exceptional . The service was fast and very friendly

Friendly, fast, good food. Had the fish sandwich and it was really good. This is a service plaza. These people go from serving 5 to 50 in minutes, was witness to this. So if they look or seem worn just give them a break. It's fast food not gourmet dinning.

Terrible place to work. The girl saying it is a great place to work is absolutely lying. She’s probably a manager being instructed to post that review because no one wants to work there.

NEGATIVE-2TRILLON ⭐'s... I just got "ROBBED"... Ordered my meal a triple burger with a large fry, I get back to my truck, after I thru the receipt away. Begun eating and this is what my large fries came in... Food was colder than a hoagie.... You get YUK.. YUK.. OF THE YEAR.... CONGRATS.... Could it bee because I was "BLACK" I think so.... Dairy Queen aka "RACIST QUEEN", if you ask me..... Where's the black worker's at, they probably don't hire them what do you think....

Seen the mixed reviews but I must say food & blizzard was gooood with great customer service!!

Stopped in here yesterday about 4 pm. Dark haired lady up front was great very friendly. Took my order and had a few people behind me. Guy on grill was helping her out. However two ladies in back (blond in red shirt another lady in grey jacket) stood back there talking whole time wouldn't make blizzard or help the poor lady up front who finally went back and made my order.

just stopped at the DQ at last ohio service plaza going eastbound and let me tell you good choice the pumpkin pie blizzard was amazing and props to the young man making the food the bacon two cheese burger was excellent will definitely be stopping by in the future

Fries were legit room temperature. Disappointing.

The only reason it’s getting 3 stars is because the young cashier girl was super nice and friendly. Food sucks. I think my cheeseburger (with-lettuce) was microwaved. Gross. It’s was sooo rubbery

How can you go wrong with a $6 lunch on the Ohio Turnpike. For that $6, I got a cheeseburger, fries, drink and a hot fudge sundae. Haley took my order quickly and with a smile.
