Ate here in August 2025. Very good Hamburger. One of the best I ever had. Wish there were more DQ Grill & Chills along the Ohio Turnpike, but unfortunately Eastgate is the only location..

I really enjoyed grabbing some quick eats at the DQ located inside the Glacier Hill Service Park on 76 East while traveling. I had an Original Double Cheese Burger Combo and it really hit the spot. Service was quick and staff where very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. I will definitely be stopping here again in the future!

First time I visited, no issues. The second time, I visited at 6:30pm and was told the ice cream machine was off yesterday and had to be cleaned today so no service. I aked the young lady, when you came in this morning and saw the ice cream machine was off, did you clean it. She said yes. I said, so have you guys been cleaning it all day. It's 6:30pm now, it should be working by now. Her and the guy in the back looked as if they were shutting down everything, including the food. I simply think they didn't want to work and the place doesn't close until 9.

Employee was at front but as I approached to place my order she ran towards the back. I stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Finally the same girl pops her head from the back through the food service window to ask if I wanted to order something…. Uhm yes that’s why I came up here and have been waiting. I decided not to order because I don’t need to spend $5 on ice cream with a side of attitude.

So disappointed. 3rd time I have been to a DQ at one of the service stops in Ohio and have been dissatisfied.
This time, I arrived, and when I asked if anyone was in the rear area, to take an order. A head immediately popped into sitght, took one look, and then I could only hear feet running away. I never knew I looked like a Frankenstein.
These days, untrained employees are very underwhelming in their performance.

They took the time to make my mint cookie dough Blizzard so I was very happy because I have had Dairy Queens tell me they don't offer it because they didn't want take the time to deal with adding the mint.

A great place to catch a ice cream or In my case a delicious hamburger. On the Ohio turnpike.The food was exceptional . The service was fast and very friendly

Friendly, fast, good food. Had the fish sandwich and it was really good. This is a service plaza. These people go from serving 5 to 50 in minutes, was witness to this. So if they look or seem worn just give them a break. It's fast food not gourmet dinning.

Terrible place to work. The girl saying it is a great place to work is absolutely lying. She’s probably a manager being instructed to post that review because no one wants to work there.

NEGATIVE-2TRILLON ⭐'s... I just got "ROBBED"... Ordered my meal a triple burger with a large fry, I get back to my truck, after I thru the receipt away. Begun eating and this is what my large fries came in... Food was colder than a hoagie.... You get YUK.. YUK.. OF THE YEAR.... CONGRATS.... Could it bee because I was "BLACK" I think so.... Dairy Queen aka "RACIST QUEEN", if you ask me..... Where's the black worker's at, they probably don't hire them what do you think....
