There should be a disclaimer that says that chicken noodle soup consists of 90% carrots, 5% onion, 4% noodle and 1% chicken.. the 1 chicken sliver AND the individual noodles (which only had 4 of) were smaller than my pinky AND I even asked the cashier what was in it and she said “just chicken and noodle” With such lousy service, I just threw it out and left

I had a great experience at Panera Bread! The food was prepared really well and came out very quickly. The server was so nice and helpful. We accidentally ordered potato crisps instead of bread rolls as our side, and when I asked if it was too late to switch, he said it was—but told us we could keep the crisps and still gave us the bread rolls anyway. That kind of kindness and excellent service makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

My wife bought 21 dollars worth of food. They forgot the cream cheese. When I asked for one, they acted like I was a liar trying to scam cream cheese.
We were just there 2 minutes prior with a toddler. I don't appreciate being treated like I am trying to be a scammer.
Two ladies were at the front and they were rude as could be. I wanted a smoothie but I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

Panera is about 10 min from closing and file for bankruptcy , food sucks now, anything that was any good has been removed from menus , damn shame
