I have now come to this Arby’s multiple times by at least an hour before close and they are always already shut down. Tonight was the fifth time this month that this has happened. I will never come back here again after 9pm because there is no guarantee they will be open. Tried to get food at 10pm when they don’t close until midnight yet they were already shut down.

Everything was good, except the curly fries were overcooked hard and cold. Jalapeno poppers were good.
The sign on their door and Google both say that they close at 1 am... The wife and i showed up at midnight and there were workers cars in the parking lot but they had all of the exterior lights out and no one would answer the speaker nor the window.

Went there at 12:00 noon in the lobby was closed I was picking up two DoorDash orders they made me wait in the drive-thru for over a half hour wasted all my gas and then after I drop the DoorDash orders off I found out that they didn't even give the customer the right orders and I got cussed out by the DoorDash customer ..I would like corperate to refund me for the gas and time waisted and I would like the manager investigated as Everytime I come to this location the employees look high and mess everything up

Dropped my fried mac n cheese bites, then ask me if I wanted jalapeño poppers instead… confused. Then I ask for bronco berry and they’re OUT!!!! Then gave me 1 marinara sauce for my 4 pc cheese sticks… he’s lucky I’m not a heavy dipper!!!!

Well sadly we ordered on the mobile app... Paid... Got there and everything was closed because of staffing. After about 5 minutes got someone to come to drive thru and they said they refunded the order.
