Love Big Apple Cafe! Family atmosphere, great service, excellent food, reasonable prices! Signature French Toast is a breakfast favorite, along with the Garden Omelet and some crispy home fries... for lunch I'd go with a handpacked, juicy, mushroom n Swiss burger... haven't had a bad menu item yet!

My sister & I love this place! Great service & atmosphere! We love their hand cut Fries ? The salads are fresh & very large! Never a disappointment to the taste bud! Eggs Benedict is soooo good too!!

Tried it this morning had the sausage and gravy it was very good and the waitress was very nice and fast very nice diner plus the coffee is very good I will see myself going back there soon

Great breakfast served all day. The wait staff is only second to the staff at the Apple Tree Auction. Underated burgers! Fun atmosphere.

I'm on vacation in Ohio and I was looking for a good breakfast spot this morning. When I came across a review that said this was the breakfast in the state of Ohio, I was intrigued. Once I read the menu and found the crab cake Benedict, I knew I had to go there. The crab cakes were moist and tender, definitely cooked to order and were absolutely phenomenal! We also had the cafe breakfast and split an order of the biscuits and gravy, which they were kind enough to split onto separate plates for us. The food was absolutely fantabulous, no other way to say it because I will be back before I leave in a couple days and because we are both definitely fans!
Our server, Jamie, was so amazing. She refilled coffee several times more than I'm used to back home, and she gave amazing service. The food was so good that I placed a carryout for later since they close at 2. I can't wait to try my additional selections!
I was able to pass along the details of my amazing first visit to an owner of this amazing restaurant as I was leaving. She said it made her day, we truly had an amazing experience from the moment we walked in.
As a long time restaurant worker/ operator, this is a place you want to try because they really knocked it out of the park. Also, they actually know how to cook eggs to order, I wish they would go to Indy and coach some of our old haunts how to cook eggs so I could start going to those places again.

The staff here is great and the menu offers many options. But the food itself is just so-so. I had the eggs Benedict which is good for the most part but the ham had a big chunk of gristle first bite so I ended up just removing it. I also had coffee that was kind of bland. My husband had biscuits and gravy which he couldn't eat all of because it was too peppery for him. I'm sure they do have other options that are good as the place was quite busy.

Server was delightful, Food was delicious. Table space by the windows was extremely cramped making it impossible to get in and out without bumping into the person behind you. The music was way too loud, making it nearly impossible to carry on a conversation with the person at your table.
