Saturday night, only about 3 families there. Wait staff stood talking while we waited about 10 minutes to order. I ordered mashed potatoes and noodles. Got noodles soup that was luke warm with a side of potatoes. Had to ask for a biscuit. Oh you wanted the other???

Terrible, terrible service!! Waited 45 minutes after placing order, before getting up to see what was causing a delay. Part of order just sitting under the heat lamp, our waiter no where to be found. Approached the Asst Manager about our order and told him part of our order was just sitting under the light. He said that he would get it to us. Waited again for the order to be delivered, and ended up getting up and leaving! Asst manager had the nerve to tell us to “have a good day!”😡 Totally clueless and our family ended up eating at City Barbecue. NEVER going back to the Cherry Valley Bob Evans again and they probably won’t care either. BTW only 4 or 5 tables occupied at the time we left…certainly a hectic time (note sarcasm).

Ordered dinner for curbside pickup. I arrived 15 minutes early and waited 20 minutes for my food to be brought out. When I went inside, the explained that the curbside process it to come inside to pick up. What was I thinking?

Everything was good. We had a large group. Restaurant was empty but still took a little longer than expected to get food and then I had to ask for our check. Pancakes are much smaller than they used to be, but that seems to be at all Bob Evans restaurants.

The server did a phenomenal job to serve our large group. She was courteous and attentive. The food, however, was not phenomenal. As I was eating the banana bread, I looked down at the second piece, and there were 3 different spots of mold growing. The server was very apologetic. However, when I spoke with one of the managers, they simply gave a reason to why that could have happened and didn't seem phased by the situation. He did not even attempt to provide any sort of rectification for the situation.

Haven’t been to Bob Evans in a while and won’t be back. The blueberry pancakes were terrible. The toast was hard as a rock. Service was very slow. So sad how far they have fallen as far as quality.
Got a couple dinners to go... Was good quality that is typical for Bob Evans. Plenty of food for the cost. Can't go wrong here for home style meals

Ordered delivery. I am sick and wanted chicken noodles and biscuits. Half the noodles in the chicken and noodles were dry and hard and the biscuits were extremely dark. Second time ordering from there and both forms have been a bad experience
