1 I didn't receive all of my food.
2 The guy handing my food to me seemed very annoyed and almost forgot to hand me my drink.

This store is not worth it! They give u nasty old food everytime we visit. I have worked at burger King. it says have it ur way but everytime I go to this store they are out of stacker sauce. I would never recommend this nasty place to anyone. Mount vernon on another location will do for us from now on.

Don't get the French toast sticks. Got my two toddlers each a 4 pack, and both went from fine to throwing it back up an hour later. Nothing different in the daily routine besides the "treat"
The gm is fantastic 😍 she works with all the employees and works major hours. The employees are respectful and fast and the food is hot and always fresh

Walk in ordered 4 plain Bacon Double Cheeseburgers...Young kid took the order, Manager "Becca" was making most of the food...another patron came up to the counter with a sandwich that had been made wrong, and Becca blamed everyone but herself for the mistake...a few minutes later I noticed she was making my sandwiches without cheese, and I said "those are supposed to be plain with cheese only". Becca told me that the ticket said "plain burgers", and I said that may be but that's not how I ordered them. I then said it was no problem I didn't mind paying for for the cheese, and she straight up stopped what she was doing and pointed at me and said that I didn't lose the attitude she was going to refund my order and throw me out of the store! She then slammed my kids dinner together, threw it up on the rack and told the kids working the front to get me "the hell out of her store". I own my own restaurant and in 20 years I've literally never seen anyone less fit to interact with customers than Becca. I certainly hope this franchisee realizes this before she completely drives his store into the ground.

Well from reading the other reviews it's very clear to me that the "manager" (and I use this term very loosely) Becca seems to be quite the problem at this location.
Not only did she jump down a customer's throat tonight about how that customer ordered she also decided she was going to speak very disrespectfully to my husband. She clearly does not value her job and if I were a franchise owner I would not want her working for me. I will be calling corporate and letting them know because even the young men who were working with her tonight were mortified and seemed extremely embarrassed by her behavior. My husband simply told her that the double cheeseburgers need to have cheese on them as he was watching her make them from the back he could have just let her make the mistake and then had her redo them all over again but he didn't. Apparently constructive criticism isnt her strong suit and he claimed he had an attitude and told him that if he didn't drop his attitude he could get out of 'her store". Then she finished this nice interaction by flinging the double cheeseburgers down the tray and said get him out of "my store" if anyone knows my husband you would know that he's a very patient very calm person and honestly she's quite lucky that he was the one there. She picked on the wrong person this time. Not cool to have a bully working at a burger joint in Newark, let alone be a manager and someone who's to be an example for other employees.

Food was fresh, employees were really nice and also gave my son a crown. He loved it. 10/10 experience and most definitely will be returning to this location!

Waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru all to order and be sent to wait another 15 minutes for eggs with only two cars in the line is not fast food.
