Do not go here the customer service is horrible. They forgot a burger and a kids meal and our two drinks we called back. I told him it was missing and then my husband went to go pick it up and they tried saying that he was lying and it was just the nuggets missing and we still didn’t even get our drinks because the lady working the cashier at the window wanted to argue about it

I ordered chicken nuggets and a few other items through door dash. The nuggets were so old and dried out I could use them as a weapon. The lack of care is astounding. I know damn well workers wouldn’t eat that dried out food so why serve it to customers.

THIEVES. Ordered food through the app via paypal. Ordered ultimate bundle and paid for toppings on the chicken sandwiches (tomatoes onion rings lettuce etc.) This was a pickup order that still took another 15 minutes after ordering it 30 minutes prior to arriving. Got home and turned out they had forgotten two whoppers on my order, and the chicken sandwiches had no toppings besides MAYO, which was also everywhere inside the bag and on outside of the wrappers because they were barely wrapped. Two of the chicken sandwiches at least had lettuce but still not what I paid for. Contacted support and they offered me a coupon… No i don’t want a coupon for a franchise I already rarely order from. I just wanted what I actually paid for. I asked to return my order which was completely untouched. Which support told me they couldn’t allow as well! Store cant process returns for online orders apparently. So enjoy being scammed if you use the app and they forget your food!

Eric, Logan, and Shay were absolutely amazing! They put together my order in less than a minute. The food was hot, fresh, and honestly the best fast food I’ve ever had in my life. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Big shoutout to the team at this location— they set a new standard for fast food service!

Constantly something ! I have avoided this place for years due to constant issues with out of stock or it just being a hot mess express Today I decided oh let's give it a try for breakfast. Mistake, ordered through door dash app , did not get 2 of the hashbrowns I ordered thank God doordash allows you to report it and I got a refund but the only reason we ordered burger king was for the hashbrowns then they forget the icing for the cini minis .. lets get it together it has been 10+ years of disorganized managing of this store !
So I asked for extra crispy onion rings. They took the onion rings that were already in the warmer and tried to throw them in the deep fryer again. I told her. Oh no! You're going to make fresh ones and she told me there was no way they didn't have time for that

Absolutely the worst service. Manager and employee food an french toast sticks with my order from drive thru So get then have i walk around cause the door is locked. The only employee working keep letting the two very loud employees in the back a customer was upfront and they ignored and countined to stand back there and talk. So when they finally come up 10 minutes later. I explained you were told three times I was up here. She got an attitude and ask the working employee why she didn't help me and I said she busy working cutting tomatoes! Very rude and lazy employees!

EDIT FOR MY LATEST VISIT 3 MONTHS FROM MY LAST. JUST DONT GO HERE. NASTY COLD FOOD EVERYTIME. I was really hoping that my favorite place would redeem itself. It did not. And even after the last review they still can't sacrifice a second 20 cent paper bag to not smash all of my families cold food. Gave my bacon king to the trash can. 13$ a combo to trash it...will not be coming to this location ever again.
What was my favorite place on 21st has really went down hill the last few months. Missing items every time I come through. Even have drove off a few times now due to being asked to wait at the speaker with no other customers in line. For the car that pulled in 5 minutes after me to be immediately able to order while I'm still waiting. If there was a recent change in management it was not the correct choice. Also for the love of God QUIT PUTTING MY 50$ ORDER IN ONE BAG. My last visit all of our sandwiches didn't even have sauce on them. 4 different sandwiches.
