Unfortunately didnât get to receive any food due to the manager in charge on 8/7/2025 at 9pm. Tried to place an order for a family meal but they were out of crab stuffers. Which I understand but when asked if we could substitute for lobster bites we were told no by the cashier. We asked if it would be a discounted meal since we werenât allowed to substitute any side again told no. The cashier offered to ask the manager but when she went back the manager yelled no from the back with the most rude behavior Iâve ever heard. Then stared at my wife and I from the back and said again with attitude â I canât change it so I donât know what you guys want.â We left immediately without even talking to the manager as we could already tell it wouldnât resolve anything and we were already uncomfortable.

One of a few such restaurants in the Columbus area. Well worth the trip to Newark. Building a bit old. However we are there to eat seafood and related items.

I think they gave us catfish instead of regular fish. The fish was terrible and yellowish in color. Only two employees were working and we werenât sure they were open because nobody else was there. Parking lot was empty. It was disappointing. The hush puppies, cole slaw and fries were good.

They literally have a minor working in the back dropping fish and doing thing the minor isnât supposed to do last I check u hadda be 18 or older to even walk into the kitchen hope someone can take a look into this idk y they have such child labor going on in there if they contact me I can give them names of the manager an worker who was working back there I have the proof in as an all

Service was absolutely horrible. Plants were overpriced and overcooked. This used to be one of my favorite fast food fish restaurants. Holiday and Service have done nothing but decline.

2pm 5/12/25 pulled into the drive through. No one would respond. Pulled to the window and no one was around even though they were open. Went to leave and employees were on there phones chatting outside. Bunch of young kids with zero work ethic.

Went to this location on 04/27/2025 @ 5:08 PM and the dining room was closed. Drive thru was wrapped around the building to the front. Makes me wonder if it's poorly managed. Don't know if we will be back.
