Great experience this evening!!!
I placed an order at 10:30am for a 12:20 pickup. Got there and it wasn’t ready. When asked how long it would take, the guy at the register told me “whenever we get to it.”
Seriously? They were numerous people there waiting for orders that had been there waiting for a long time and their orders were 15 and 20 minutes past due. Stop taking on more than you can handle. I had a very bad experience at this location! They forgot part of my order and one of the bowls they did give me was a tiny portion!! When I called I wasn't mad but they basically told me they were closing soonish, I could leave a review or call tomorrow and try to convince them that they messed my order up.
