11-30-2025 - Picked up carry out around 6.30 pm. The place was filthy. Now 12-1-2025, my wife and I both are sick with stomach issues and we ate entirely different items! I had a burrito and she had a bowl. I know it's hard to find good workers, but it's not hard to keep a place clean. Your store literally made the two of us sick and I suspect countless others who won't take the time to document it here or make the connection. We won't be back to this location. Hopefully the health department looks into it!

If 0 stars was an option. Poor guy up front doing the best he can but why he’s alone during a peek time is wild. Especially when you hear several voices in the kitchen. Terrible customer service but maybe give the guy up front a raise since he’s trying to handle it all himself.

It was clean inside but they skimped me bad on food and gave me stuff I didn't want like the salsa and I ordered double chicken and barely got 1 serving of chicken I usually get I got guacamole on the side and the container was a 1/4 full and had a piece of steak and lettuce in it barely any cheese at all I will never order from here again for not do online order here if you want your food right

They are always so slow at this location. Always have to wait on food, they don’t have enough people working or they are busy talking to each other. Step it up Chipotle. Such a good restaurant need to have better service!!!

I went to this chipotle after a long day at work then they randomly offered me a tour of the kitchen I gladly agreed since I had my kids with me and they wanted to now listen I’m a 67 year old man and when I got in the kitchen the cook who was also a guy pantsed me and slipped it in with no consent this was ridiculous and all I got was a free burrito honestly worth it looking forward to see my sneaky boy toy any way love john

Went in for food, the staff were rude and dismissive and then got our order wrong, no meat or rice in the bowl. I wasn't the one watching them make it so it got back to me that way and there is no way to contact them to make it right. NICE! I'm in town for a death and have NEVER had this experience at a Chipotle, yuck, this has soured my taste for them completely.
I ordered a very large catering order for my daughter’s wedding last weekend and this location did a fabulous job on it! We had over 150 satisfied guests at the wedding reception —all thrilled to have chipotle! I highly recommend this location for any of your catering needs, and for your every day ordinary chipotle fix. Chris, the manager was lovely to work with, and the staff clearly worked very hard to fulfill this order. So grateful! Thank you 21st chipotle!!

This place has gone downhill. If I don’t stop in sassy prime times, it’s a safe bet they don’t have some of the food made. Stopped in on 7/25 at 8:15pm. I believe there was about 6 people working, 3 inside and 3 outside standing right next to the rear door smoking and having social hour with everyone in the parking lot. Generally that isn’t a big deal to me, but when I can’t get the food I’m wanting it’s annoying. So instead of my normal $34 order, I settled for a $10 bowl that’s probably gonna be a letdown. I’ll travel a little further down 21st and go to Hot Heads
