I always order from here and the food gets here piping hot and on time. Not tonight, waited 2.5 hrs for a pizza and it got here cold!! Called them and waited on hold 10 minutes for a manager who never came to the phone. Definitely not happy!!

Christy's is my boyfriend's favorite, I didn't have much of an appetite tonight so I went with spaghetti and meatballs. HOLY CRAP this is the best spaghetti and meatballs I've ever tried at a pizza place. The meatballs are so dang good!!! The sauce, the noodles, the portions, everything's perfect!!! I have a new obsession. I cut up the meatballs so ignore how butchered my bowl is 🤣

Order 2 pizzas 3 salads and was told it would be about an hour or so, that should have been a clue. Over 2 hours later we called to ask about our order the woman said they do not have an order for us and were we sure we order from Christy’s. Told them to forget it after about a 10 minute conversation. We then were on the phone ordering from another pizza shop when the driver arrived from Christy’s.
What a disappointment for my family to wait, only to be told we didn’t order to have our order show up with cold pizza. I remember now why we quit going there a few years ago.
Big fan of Christy’s! Tonight I wanted to give appreciation to one of their delivery drivers, Susan. She had knocked on my door and I did not hear it as I was tucking in my kiddos for the night and she went ahead and called me to make sure I was home to receive my order. Susan was extremely nice and great customer service!

Love going to this place when we visit Ohio. We had lunch here on this visit. Everything was delicious and we had a very short wait for our food. We will be returning when we visit Ohio again. And if you like your pizza sauce just a little sweet, this is the place for you.
