Awful customer service. I walked up to the window and when the girl came to get my order she did not greet me. No eye contact was made and her attitude was horrible. Paid for 2 twisters which were not filled up fully, even though they are pricy. The twister pictured it the buckeye twister, it tasted awful! I am not sure if the buckeyes were bad or if they messed with it somehow. I’ve had this same ice cream a million times at other locations and it’s never tasted weird before. I recommend the heath location.

This is one of the worst ice cream stops around. They often overcharge customers. The hamburger they served me a few weeks ago was raw on the inside and browned on the outside. A lot of my neighbors that live in their immediate area will not go there.

Been there when it was Mick’s and never had a bad experience. Ordered three hot fudge sundaes and the ice cream was all melted and was room temperature. If they were having problems with the machine they should have told us before hand. No apologies or anything when they passed them out the window. Should have complained, but didn’t. Not a good start for the new owners.

I stopped by on Thursday just to get something quick I got a cone and cheese sticks both were so good. The cheese sticks were fresh and hot and cooked perfectly. I can’t wait to go back and try more items.
