Ordered two cheeseburgers a French fry and tenders with honey mustard, got bbq and no fries another sandwich. When I called I continued to get called sir after I stated my name was Jennifer and I am a ma'am, so instead of handling problem they just hung up.. very rude employees

Just visited with a bus full of high schoolers that were in town for a dance competition. Everyone had ordered and had their food/ ice cream in under 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and on their toes with all these teens ordering.Great job! We'll definitely visit again when down this way.

I feel like it's on employees to help customers when put in situations inside their store. Very discouraged the employees let a beggar badger my elderly father with his toddler grandson, until my father bought him food. To which I'll add the beggar wasn't pleased with the meal and tried to get my father to order other food instead. I work in food as well and would never let this happen.
Just went through the drive thru and the manager is RUDE! I won't be going back.
