We got 2 pizzas on a night where I was working late and when I got home to eat, the pizza was flat, bland and just gross it seemed like the crust wasn't even there and it's usually the best part so I dont think I'll ever get pizza from the company again

Best pizza for the price. We rarely get a bad pizza from here. Fast pickup times and not crazy busy. They always have specials that are really good deals. I typically like more independent pizza shops but it's hard to pass these guys up because it's almost always great pizza and you get a lot for your $. If you haven't had domino's in a while I definitely recommend you try them next time.

If you want to gamble that your order is correct, go there. You want to be insulted go there. You want to walk into a high tension nasty work atmosphere. Go there. I just went to pick up my pizza 10 minutes after my estimated delivery to be told it's going to be another 15 to 30 minutes after being waited on by one employee already. Then watched a guy come in. Asked to do a order and was rudely. Told it'd be 2 to 3-hour wait and when he said 2 to 3 hours the guy responded rudely again. Clearly you can't see we're slammed. I will not be returning. You want to waste your money and get insulted come here

Ordered a pizza for pick up, we arrived on time but it was cold. Ingredients were minimum...half onion, half mushroom, pepperoni and banana peppers. Person who took my phone order was cranky and never told me about available specials even though I asked him. We paid $19.99 for a cold tasteless pizza and are not happy campers.

Some of the rudest people. Every so many years I'll try ro order from here in hopes it's changed and it never does so I give up. I will never try again. Plus side is in newark ohio we have some of the best mom and pop pizza shops that chains aren't needed so it's ok by me! Not worth the hassle

I have been ordering often for a quick meal or go to movie night always hot fresh perfect but past few times horrible... 3 times ago cheese on pizza and chicken bacon sandwich was ACTUALLY BLACK I called the manager women freshly remade said she ahd just gotten in the order was very fash fresh perfect ordered again my parm bites soaked threw the box with butter and pizza wrong toppings over cooked I called complained they gave me a credit as I already ordered somewhere else because they took forever to answer When I called back to use my credit I had to overly argue and show proof that I had a credit before they would fix it and wasn't in the amount for my order whatever no problem got order nothing wrong good Togo got .y oder yesterday and me and my have been sick since eatting I was sick so thought the smell was just me nope confirmed by mu husband that it smelled spoiled and not good had a pungent spoiled odor me and my daughter got sick right after and have been down for 24 hrs when I called to speak to manager same manager and he said since I didn't call right after nothing they can do even though I have the whole full order menace a few parm bites and 3 pieces of pizza from one box im disappointed and want a refund the manager is rude and argumentative if I have the food still but was unwell enough bc of the product then im sorry I didn't rush to call as I have a family to tend to I called today asked when owner would be there and said they cannot give our the info gave my info still hasn't heard back its now 4 pm Tuesday .... won't bo ordering anytime soon

I placed an order online and the estimated delivery was 30 minutes. After waiting for an hour, I called and the incredibly rude man who answered the phone said it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours. No explanation or apology. I will never order from them again!
Ordered online the new stuffed crust, got hand tossed. No big deal but when I called I got attitude as soon as I said wrong pizza. He told it was my fault and because it was ordered online they won't do anything about it. I would have bought another pizza but now I'll never order another

Good prices and the speed that they make your order is incredible. I can order pizza from my phone drive from Derby Downs to Domino's and it's almost always done. I've ordered a lot of food here and it's the best bang for your buck, without having to sit in a cramped window sill waiting all day for a pizza * cough cough Little Caesars* earns 5 starts for the overall service.
