Bartender was the invisible woman, with a bad attitude.

We stayed at the DoubleTree for an excellent Lyle Lovett/Leo Kottke show at the Midland (right next door! You can’t stay any closer.). They had a couple pretty good craft taps. A Pumpkin that was pretty good and a Octoberfest that was very good. Decent burger but fries were soft and not at all crispy. Sent the fries back but didn’t come back in time for us to leave for the show. Da wife’s buffalo chicken wrap was very good. When we walked back about 10:30 on a Friday night it looked like it was closed. I think it’s more for dinner orders for the hotel and not bar night life. Nice place though. Great staff! One big selling point. When the Midland hosts a big concert ALL the other restaurants downtown fill up quickly! We’ve always been able to get right in for dinner here (we’ve driven in for a few shows…..).

The food, The Bartenders, the atmosphere, everything was great. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

I love this place! I eat here regularly and always enjoy it. The Chef always has delicious gluten free options on the menu.

Always good food and service.

The service was horrible. The 2 bar tenders apparently didn't get along so there was no communication between the two of them. So carry out wouldn't be bad but the dining experience was nothing to write home about. Would not recommend

I stayed at the DoubleTree which is attached to the restaurant. I did carry-out. I got the meatloaf griller with Parmesan herb fries and brussel sprouts. They were all very delicious. I topped off my meal with a piece of their carrot cake. The carrot cake had caramel drizzle and whipped cream with a candied pecan on top. It was very rich! I spent $34 on the meal. The restaurant itself is a bar style set up with a few booths. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel as well.

It's been several years ago since my wife and I had been to Elements Resturant. We arrived about 5:30 pm and beat the rush. We did placed a reservation earlier in the week. They seem short on staff, but the waitresses really worked hard and quick as possible. Had a very good meal with Green Tomato appertizer. Our main dinners were a Shrimp Special dish and Salmon dinner. Both meals tasted excellently! Will be back again sooner the next time.

Met for dinner with friends on Saturday night. The place was empty. The drinks were responsibly priced. The service and food were excellent. Fish tacos, sea scallops, and steak were excellent. Greek salad was also good. Veggie burger was premade. Chuck was an excellent server.

We decided to eat breakfast here to try someplace different in town and was disappointed. We were under the impression that this restaurant would be alot better. The inside is plain jane and looks like a truck stop. The so called breakfast buffet is a complete mess. The food was cold and tasted like it was prepared the night before. The potatoes were really soft and old tasting. The bacon was soft and undercooked. Fresh fruit would have been a plus but not here. There was nobody in restaurant when we got there so that should have been a warning. The waitress was fine so it is the cooks that need the work. We will not be back.

We have been to Elements several times. In my opinion - it's just ok. I guess if you are staying at the DoubleTree it would be different, but I would pick many other places in Newark before coming to Elements. The prices are too high for what they serve. The wait staff is always good though. I'm just not a big fan.
