Love it. I went in there after ball practice with my grandson's ordered food and didn't realize I only had 100 bill. They couldn't brake. The girl Alexa I think her name was said don't worry about it she got it. She was the most polite and kind person I couldn't believe she did that. The boys was so happy. I just want to tell her thanks again. I went and broke the bill and brought her money back she said I didn't have to do that but I know she will help another if the time came up again and she works hard for her money I told her. Tell her I said thanks again Patty this is Marlena

Ice cream and fries were good. Coney does not include cheese for $5. Picture shows the 3 onion rings for $4.50 they serve. Next to the bucket of fries that we half ate in the photo for $4.90 this is a blatant rip off. Service was not at all apologetic when I asked if it was correct. Not sure if I’ll be going back.

The woman who is the Manager here is extremely rude. They serve stale tasting chunks of brownies then argue about it, you ask for another twister just for it to be replaced with freezer burnt tasting cookie dough chunks. When you ask them to taste it so they see for themselves “she says she just opened the box and knows they are not.” They also will claim you didn’t order things when you did and continue to blame it on the new girls make you pay for it again. She does this every year. One reason I quit going here and LOVE the one on 30th but since I was right there I figured I’d give it one more time. Always disappointed.

Use to be the best place to eat in town 15 years ago now your foods still frozen once you realize it your to far down the road for it to be worth it to turn around. Sad to say I'm done with this establishment. I even asked them to cook my food longer because this has been happening to me since I've been back in Newark and still horrible. The only way your stuff is right is it the lady with the glasses is in there

I've enjoyed the dairy isle for over 50 years and still do unless I go to the church st. shop the kids in there never know how to make or do anything and are rude. I don't know why it seems like that store is the only one like that. Never have a problem with the other locations. I'm sure Dave is probably rolling over in his grave about how his legacy is being ran.

You better teach the girls the difference between a quart and a pint container. They charged me what they said was a quart in a pint container..i then asked for the larger container which I know was a quart. So they charged me pint price for a container that was a quart container. Im 72 years old and know the difference. Between a pint and a quart.They argued with me that the smaller pint container was a quart. Your losing money on the real quart size if they concider that a pint. Needs some training on them unless the price on the pint one is being charged as a quart then they are cheating the customer. Either way. I wasnt gonna argue with them but dont they know the difference between the size of a pint and a quart? Icecream was good tho. Been here before and didnt have a problem. Just descrepancy over this container thing. It really bugged me.

Worst food and service I’ve ever had at a Dairy Isle!!!!! My husband ordered a blt sandwich and the bacon was almost raw. He ordered a vanilla malt and got a chocolate shake! I ordered the fish sandwich and it was almost burnt and had nothing on it and our fries were terrible.I ordered a hot fudge cake and then when we asked where it was they said that they don’t have those. The place was filthy inside

I got 2 hot fudge cake no whip cream they put nuts on them they remade them the girls were nice and got a small coke and small ice water I had to go back in to get a butter finger twist they were out of that but I asked them about my first order being to high and they changed 3.00 for a ice water I said what for ice water I said was it bottled they said no I said do you have a manager they said no I can't tell no one

Many times closed even though hours did it socks be open. Including a while Saturday recently when it was never opened. Pizza steak leaves a lot to be desired, slashes taste like the ice is old, ice cream was ok but inconsistent hours is my biggest complaint..
