The best firehouse I have ever been to! We went in tonight, 20 minutes before closing (oops) and they were so kind about it! The staff was unbelievably kind and accommodating. They all deserve raises. 10/10, we will be returning. Also, their hot sauce bar is awesome.

Brody, Hunter, Brayspn and Landon were in the store helping me out tonight. They were extremely welcoming, helpful and made the experience better than I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. They deserve all the praise and recognition from their supervisors and deserve a raise! Will be coming back multiple times a week because of them!

Item put on sub that could possibly effect a medical procedure. Called and was told there wasn't any management there so I would have to wait for them to contact me. No offer to replace sub or refund the 1sub. Do BETTER! Your prices are far from cheap! There should ALWAYS be someone there that can make a decision to replace or refund money for your products. Because of a mistake he didn't get to eat that sandwich which was his dinner, it could've canceled an upcoming medical procedure,and you couldn't replace it?!?! Really upset with this situation

The restaurant is always clean, food always good, however, the issue is with the service and attitudes of staff. Three times I have placed an online order for later pick up and it is never ready when I get there, and they always blame it on DoorDash. The staff argues with each other loudly, and there always seems to be an issue at the register. I was once double charged, and the whole debacle was so uncomfortable. The teen behind the register called the manager (her mom!) and put me on the phone who assured me that the preauth charge would fall off as soon as my bank allowed it to, but if it didn’t then I should come back with my receipt. It never did! It was so uncomfortable I never went back for my refund, and I don’t think I’ll be back, which is unfortunate because they have the best subs
