We booked Eric and team to cater our wedding. I found communication with him to be less than ideal. He seemed too relaxed and would respond with one word responses when trying to review the plan/check in weeks before the event. This of course led to things not going as planned day of event. We were supposed to have non-alcoholic beverages out for guests which they completely forgot. They were supposed to help cut the cake but that didn’t happen without us reminding them after the fact. Many of my guest complained that the servers tried to clear their plates before they were done eating. Seemed like they were in a hurry to leave. I will say that I thought the food was pretty good and Eric made a meal specifically for me that I had requested and we appreciated that.

He talked through everything with us. They are also amazing with last minute changes. We had the bartender for our big day no-call no-show, and before we even knew about it, he had found another bartender to take over. They made it so wonderful! The food was absolutely amazing. All of our guests loved it. The team even stayed until the end of the wedding night to help pack up leftovers. I very highly recommend Catering by the Grill for any catering needs!
