We booked Eric and team to cater our wedding. I found communication with him to be less than ideal. He seemed too relaxed and would respond with one word responses when trying to review the plan/check in weeks before the event. This of course led to things not going as planned day of event. We were supposed to have non-alcoholic beverages out for guests which they completely forgot. They were supposed to help cut the cake but that didn’t happen without us reminding them after...
They did an outstanding job at my daughter’s wedding! So many compliments on how good the food was ! Best Wedding food I ever had!! Above and Beyond any expectations I had and would highly recommend them.
Eric and his team are absolutely amazing! We hired them for our wedding and they were fantastic! The team is very laid back and personable. The communication with Eric was great. He talked through everything with us. They are also amazing with last minute changes. We had the bartender for our big day no-call no-show, and before we even knew about it, he had found another bartender to take over. They made it so wonderful! The food was absolutely amazing.
