I rarely review fast food/ chain restaurants but this is literally the cleanest hotheads I’ve ever been to. Friendly staff. Def will be back.

Everything was cold ain’t no one in here, that should’ve been my 1st clue the queso look like a Petri dish for diseases and the people behind the counter my god 🤬 I really hope I don’t get sick from eating this lol it’s definitely not a burrito idk What you’d call this can’t even hold it

The 2 females were very short and rude, one of them was named Kasandra per receipt. It was me and another guy. They tried making our food at the same time making us cut in front of each other 3 times. I even said finish his first but they still leap frogged us.

Food was good but the girl who took our order in the drive thru was incredibly rude and kept interrupting my husband while he was ordering. We asked for a certain meat for a bowl and she kept speaking over him so the bowl ended up being made incorrectly. When we paid at the window not one word was said, not even a hello or anything until I asked about my bowl. Even the the girl was short with me.

I was there at 9:45 they say they are open to 10 pm and the speaker said sorry we closed so I went up the street to their Competition if people don't want to work u loose money I don't get it anymore I work full time and plus

Oh my goodness now I'm craving a burrito! If you haven't tried Hot Head Burritos and you aren't sure if you should, the answe is Yaaaaaaaaas babe, GO! You will thank me later! My recommendation is the Sweet Habanero burrito, add corn salsa!

Sometimes the portions are a little small depending on who's working at the time but the food is always great and there's never a wait
Dietary restrictions: Great for people with celiac
Has skimped on portions over the last 12 months and now charges $1 for extra rice. New management might be struggling to pay the bills. Just go to chipotle at this point.
Thought about going here but parking lot is always empty. No customers ever. And not that I see the prices on their website I don't think I'll ever go here. almost buy a meal for just the price of pop.

There is another place in town where you can get a bowl full of rice,elicious meats cheeses vegetables and tangy sauces but you won't get as much for your money as you will here.
