There was a two inch bone in my chicken pot pie. Pot pies are not supposed to have bones in them. I ordered the pot pie meal and was missing the featured side other then the drink.

usually never have a terrible experience, missing sauces here and there. but today, i got no sauces, no utensils, no straw for my drink, crusty potato wedges, and a long blonde hair intertwined in my chicken. at least that means they definitely bread the chicken in house i guess.

I stopped in Sunday morning for an early lunch. Upon entering your store I was greeted by a smile and a friendly How may I help you. The associates name is Gracie. Took my order promptly and it was filled and brought to the counter quickly by I believe his name is Mike. I got my soda and left the store. If by chance you haven't tried this location...you should. It's friendly...clean and amazing food. I got the mash potato bowl combo.

Food was good. Service could be much better. I had to repeat my order at least three times because the two different people handling drive thru orders weren’t paying attention or working as a team. I heard them laughing at me while I repeated my order multiple times. Rude.

While ordering a # 2 meal , I asked for an order of jalapeños and the guy told me they didn’t have it , then a female voice interrupted our conversation and said “ this isn’t POPEYES” in a smart remark and tone. I can understand how proud she can feel of being a KFC employee But I take that comment offensive and bias. For the record there’s many KFC restaurants that offers jalapeños for their customers. I really hope customers that feel offended by these type of remarks don’t spend their hard earned money in this restaurant.

i usually never write reviews but earlier i went here to get a mac n cheese bowl, no chicken, just shredded cheese on top. and it was so beautiful, just look at it. and the woman was so sweet and even told me “food is gonna taste delicious today!” also it only costed 4 dollars for this gorgeous bowl 😩❤️

So went there today and got 2 chicken strip and waffle meals, got 1 for 8.99, suppose to have 4 straps and 2 waffles and fries and a drink.... well only got 3 strips and 1 waffle, the second one was just 3 strips and 1 waffle. Now the meal that's 8.99 is suppose to have 4 chicken straps and 2 waffles, I feel I got ripped off for the price I have paid.
