The chicken livers were barely cooked. Very slimy. Very undercooked I returned to the store and asked them to please cook them a little better. I wanted another order they refused to cook. My order told me that’s the way they were supposed to be cooked however I’ve ate chicken livers for many many years and even from Lee’s and they never look this gross. They refuse to refund my money at first but then when then when they did refund my money, they actually charged me again instead of refunding my account I will never ever return to Lees again

Service was very rude when I order my food they gave me the wrong thing and then when I ask for my right order the lady got pisses with me and threw the money at me all because they got my order wrong this disgusted and very rude I will never go back to the 21st lees again the working are not nice people customers should not be treated the way they treated me very upset I will be calling corporate on them

I decided to stop and get a serving of gizzards. I believe they were a little old and tough. Was a little bit disappointed. Next time I'll wait for a new batch.

Ok. They are the only chicken restaurant with chicken livers. They were repairing the men's restroom so it was a little awkward to use the ladies room. The table needed to be wiped down before we dined. The food was good, livers may need just a little crunch to the breading.. but that's how I grew up on them.

Ordered a family 8 piece chicken strips meal. Didn't get chicken strips, instead got the bone+in chicken meal. We didn't notice till we got home which was a 20 minute drive and they were already closed. Additional the chicken was very dry and has a horrible taste, so couldn't even eat it So a waste of money, what a joke of a place.
I went through the Drive thru because the inside was closed. Was given two burnt pot pies. Had to come back after getting home and finding they were burnt.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Lee’s Chicken. Despite giving advanced notice, they refused to take an order for 16 people. When we asked if we could just come in and get the food, they said it would take 1.5 hours if they even had it available. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced issues with their service. Previously, they also refused to take an order for my family of 8. It seems like they don’t want business, which is incredibly frustrating, especially since the only request my 96-year-old grandmother has when she visits is to have Lee’s Chicken. It’s disheartening to see such poor customer service and lack of accommodation for loyal customers. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
