Ordered a family 8 piece chicken strips meal. Didn't get chicken strips, instead got the bone+in chicken meal. We didn't notice till we got home which was a 20 minute drive and they were already closed. Additional the chicken was very dry and has a horrible taste, so couldn't even eat it So a waste of money, what a joke of a place.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Lee’s Chicken. Despite giving advanced notice, they refused to take an order for 16 people. When we asked if we could just come in and get the food, they said it would take 1.5 hours if they even had it available. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced issues with their service. Previously, they also refused to take an order for my family of 8. It seems like they don’t want business, which is incredibly frustrating, especially since the only request my 96-year-old grandmother has when she visits is to have Lee’s Chicken. It’s disheartening to see such poor customer service and lack of accommodation for loyal customers. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

Walking up to the entrance doors, I almost turned around. The entry door looked oily and dirty. But I proceeded anyways because I was craving some chicken. Went to the restroom to wash up. The panels at the bottom of the entry doors to the restroom were missing? As I walked in, one of the male workers walked out of the bathroom stall and straight to the cooking area. Never washing his hands. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and hope that there was a wash station in the kitchen he planned on using. I wash up and head to the counter to order. The same employee was in the cooking area, literally using his bare hand to wipe the sweat from his forehead. The other co-worker was standing there talking to him and he looked filthy and his hair looked like he washed it in the cooking oil. And the pink haired female employee was using a filthy rag to wipe the food prep area with. Suddenly I wasn't hungry any longer. Can't actually rate the food, but the management needs to Crack down on the employees to do better with hygiene and personal cleanliness. Also the urinal had a huge build up of urine film and reeked of rotten piss.

Absolutely filthy, the floors tables, trey's, Restrooms, Wven the salt and pepper shakers were nasty. How or why the Health Department has done anything with them amazes me. NASTY!!!!!
We pulled up to the 21st street location at 7 tonight and tried to order an 8 piece strip meal and we were the only people there but they said they wouldn't do it because there is a shortage.They had one hour to go and we only asked for the smallest family meal. It made me want to go and order each piece of the meal individually and call into whatever corporate office they have to get the difference of the price refunded. If you are a chicken place and you don't have chicken then maybe you should close until it comes in. *Note to the manager of this location.
