Well the pizza was great when I finally got it. I blame the long wait on the lack of staff and bad weather. It's not rocket science if you're very behind in your duties then when you answer the phone to take an order just be honest and say it's going to be like 2 hours awaiting or so. That way people don't have such high expectations and get mad. But the pizza was delicious.

Get here and the website said pizza is ready for pick up but they have a sign on the door saying they are closed for the night? With the amount of complaints against this place it's time to close them down for good. They suck

They are never ever EVER on time. They never have the hot n ready pizzas either, which is supposed to be their whole thing. Always understaffed, the employees dgaf, probably because they are underpaid and overworked. Just everything about this place is always bad. Go in to pick up an order, 4 or 5 doordashers waiting 25+ minutes and a store full of people who already paid waiting 45 to 60 minutes pay the promised time. It's ridiculous. Can't blame the employees, it's obviously mismanaged horribly.

Ever time you have to wait 30 mins to an hour after your food should be ready for pick up. No one wants to work, no one take their job seriously. theyll lie to saying your food is going in the oven. then still have you wait another 20 mins and you'll be lucky if the food is done after that.

First of all I would like to mention that I ordered pizza for delivery yesterday! Previously I had ordered and sent it to my sisters house as she was watching our kids. So my new order defaulted and got sent to that address this was around 4pm. I tried to cancel online but no luck! So i figured I would just drive to my sisters to pick it up. I got there before it was supposed to be delivered. I waited and waited but it never came it was supposed to be delivered around 5pm. tried to call the store to cancel and no one would answer. Tracking it on my app I seen that two different door dash drivers attempted to pick it up but the order was not ready yet. So I went ahead and drove to the store to see if I could pick it up. Finally after waiting till about 5:45pm someone finally figured they could come to the front counter to help mind you the lobby was full. I asked him about my order and he said he would check and walked away another 15 or so minutes go by and still nothing i finally see the worker and asked him again he said I would have to wait finally about 5 min later he came to the counter again and asked what I needed I asked again if my order was about done and he said he would check. He went and talked to another employee and she then came up and said there was about 4 orders still ahead of mine. So I asked to cancel it. She said ok then went back to the back. Another 10min. Goes by and the other employee comes back up and asked if I needed anything I said yeah I wanted to just cancel my order he goes back and gets the other employee she comes back up and finally gets on the register and cancelled it. Finally I get to leave at about 6:30pm with nothing but a waste of time and canceled order. 2.5 hours for nothing and if I waited on it it would have probably been another hour or more. This location is falling apart and needs to be shutdown or find better franchise owners and employees. It may not be just the employees fault though as there was only 2 working

This is an absolute disgrace for a company. Hours long wait, nasty employees eating while pretending to make orders, this is completely disgusting. Everyone should call corporate and have this place shut down.

Showed up 30 minutes after they said the order was done. Come to find out when I get there the order STILL isn’t done and I had to wait another 30 minutes. Never getting food here ever again

I decided to stop here on my way home from work, usually I wouldn’t because their wait time is LONG when busy. But the place was empty, so I went in for a regular pepperoni pizza to take home. I was in & out, made it all the way home & realized they gave me an OLD pizza. I went in at 4pm, the time stamp on the pizza was for 1pm! That’s just pure laziness from the workers. I definitely won’t be back and I 100% do not recommend.
