Was waiting for 45 minutes for my food, and once I got it, the crazy bread wasn't even fully cooked . Pizza was ok, and the crazy puffs were the only things that were good.

This store is absolutely horrible the second time I've ordered from them via doordash and the second time it's taken in over an hour and a half to receive my food they don't answer their phones every time doordash has some what's taking so long they say they're very busy they forget your dipping sauces half the time even though they charge you for them never ordering from here again

Since when did y'all stop doing hot and ready pizzas? This was a bs experience for having been looking forward to it. How do you only do online orders at this location? Or was the cashier lying to us when we walked in. Are we not supposed to do walk-ins or something? Anyways, ya suck.

Hot…maybe and NOT ready! Extremely slow service and the wait time is ridiculous. Not worth it your better off going home and cooking a 5 course meal eat it and wash your dishes and your pizza would still not be ready. Honestly if you think you’ll save money for a quick dinner just make a pb&jelly and call it a night. And let’s not forget get its undercooked and full of grease!

Parking: It wasn't busy so that was nice for once yes a man before me he was carrying his catheter bag and he was standing there for a good 10 minutes nowhere to sit down why don't you put benches in there for people to sit down because it's such a long wait the people ahead of me said they were waiting 25 minutes you had four or five workers back there they were doing their job the place is really busy and you make a lot of money there you need to build another o or you need to make that one comfortable thank you

They never answer the phone went inside one day to place an order waited 20 minutes no cashier in sight store was packed someone finally came out and said they weren’t taking anymore orders worthless store worthless employees

If I could give a zero I would..someone comes to the counter about every 20 minutes and then checks with one customer and leaves again! No one should have to wait an hour and a half for one simple pizza and 1 order of crazy bread. Maybe if 2 of the ppl working would stop talking and actually work ppl wouldn't have to wait so damn long! This is the 3rd time in the last 4 months this has happened! I thought last time it's busy so maybe that's why but they are not all that busy if they can stand around and talk! Pay more and maybe you can get good workers !

Today was my first visit and it will be my last. I should have checked the reviews before coming here. I placed my order online. It was supposed to be ready at 1. It wasn't ready until 2:15.
The lobby was crowded with people waiting for their food or waiting to order. Several people left because nobody would acknowledge them. This place is obviously under staffed.
Several other people have reported similar experiences which tells me it's definitely a management problem. And management isn't going to care until it impacts their bottom line.
Stop ordering from this place until they start caring about the customer. There are plenty of other pizza places that want your money.

I ordered pizza online it said it would be ready in about an hour. We arrive an hour later once it says it's ready and it's nowhere near finished. As were waiting a lady who has not placed an order comes in and proceeds to order. Her food was ready 15 minutes later and she ordered after all the people who were currently in the store. The worker PJ also ate pepperoni off the pizza ( not washing her hands) before hand delivering to the woman outside as everyone who ordered before her was waiting. Total wait time ended up being a little over an hour after arriving at the store

This is the worst food place you can ever go to. I have been here three times. One time was to pick up someone’s doordash. I ended up waiting an HOUR at the store. An hour of time where I could’ve been making more money with other orders. This costed me so much money. Another time was to purchase their hot n ready items. Just one thing. ONE. How are you going to claim that things are ready when they are NEVER. The lady told me it would be 30 minutes. 30 minutes for CRAZY PUFFS- yeah you’re right that is CRAZY. I walked out. If you doordash for work just a tip- NEVER EVER pick up an order if it is from this location. I’ve been to another location in Columbus and got my food immediately after walking in. DOWNTOWN COLUMBUS. ON CAMPUS. Where there are MUCH MORE PEOPLE. Get your shit together. Sometimes I’m craving crazy puffs but yeah I don’t want to wait an hour. I’ll have to start driving to the Pataskala location.
