I went in to get an order. Waited at the counter over ten minutes. Two ladies working and one guy. I understand understaffed but the one employee kept coming out to put food in the pick up bins. I would think after ten minutes just acknowledge that "I will be with you in a minute" Finally after ten minutes when she was filling up the carry out I said, "How long for the square pizza please" She yelled forty minutes as she went back into the kitchen without saying anything else. I left.

Ordered online at 5:12pm, said it would be ready at 5:55-6pm. I got to the store at 6pm and they hadn't even started making it yet according to the website and it wasn't in the pizza portal. So I went back to my car and waited about 45 minutes, so it's 6:45pm at this point and my order was supposed to have been ready by 6. Still no update so I went back inside and asked what was going on and they had my order sitting ready behind the counter for God knows how long, with no explanation or apology. Got home and the pizza puffs were burnt and hardly edible.

I ordered delivery and then to come to find you it's going to be 2 hours before it i even get the the food then called the number to cancel my order and they wouldn't cancel it because the store has already confirmed the order

This is the slowest most unprofessional place the employees were rude the manager had no people skills and seem unable to manage. I don't have a card so I couldn't place on line order a sign in the door that said no walk ins I finally after 45 min s was able to order and it took over an hour to make my puzza during the hour and 45 min the phone rang constantly while employees simply walk past it. The system in use at this store is terrible and need a to be fixed

Ordered online to avoid the wait and the email said it was estimated ready between 6:38pm and 6:43pm. I got an email at 6:54pm saying it was ready and still didnt get my 1 single pizza until 7:18pm. Worst experience there thus far.

Food is always deliciously greasy. Service is very awkward and I think it's an understaffed issue. Atmosphere is very iffy. There is like 2 chairs and then a small lobby. Idk it's just awkwardVegetarian options: They have cheese pizza. Like vegetarians can eat here but not alot of optionsParking: Small parking lot but it's along a street and you can just park there if need be

This location, in Newark, Ohio desperately needs to relocate to a more accessible location with a larger parking lot & a bigger store overall. Their service is nominal, but they need to hire more people so they don't run around like headless chickens. I have always liked their pizza & especially crazy bread & sauce. I don't know whether I will go to this location anymore, because of the lack of available parking & fact that you can't eat in, until at least another one opens up closer to me, and/or with better parking.
