Food arrived at our house. Pizza was wrong we ordered loaded crust the pizza did not and also ordered extra pizza sauce. Pizza hardly had any sauce. Ordered family Italian chef no tomatoes,add+banana peppers. We received salad with the tomatoes and did not receive any banana peppers. The chef salad was supposed to have onions and did not have any onions on it. So we called and asked to talk to a manager so maybe they could come pick it up and exchange our food. The guy that answered said he was the manager but once we told him the problem he said his boss is the only one that could exchange or refunds and they would not be in till tomorrow morning.

Very odd experiences. I have hesitated posting because I have always loved the pizza and when I come in town I always get one, but now the pizza isn't even good. This past summer we ordered a pizza to pickup.I go inside and while waiting I overheard two employees, one telling the other she wasn't clocked in because they were not busy enough? So she had to be there on standby? Ok well none of my business but a few months later I come back in town, order pizza, go pick it up and there was a line of people which is fine. The disturbing part was as I stood there I am watching what appears to be a delivery driver giving an employee a massage behind the counter...extremely inappropriate. And this past week I came down for a funeral. So again ordered a pizza and it was terrible. Im so sad this place has gone so down hill.

This is my FAVORITE pizza place of all time. Everyone who works there is very amazing. They are very respectful, hard working, and my food is always hot and just perfect.Parking: It's a big lot with a lot of open spaces.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly atmosphere I bring my kids to grab the pizza and they love the staff. They are really good with kidsWheelchair accessibility: They have an incline in the pavement for wheel chairs.

Marco's is generally a great pizza. But this franchise location has progressively gotten worse. I drove 40 minutes to get 3 pizzas and they forgot to input my order again. I hope the owners can look into how to make this location better
