Something needs to be done about orders missing items , there is no reason we should have to check our bag every time before we even pull away from the window once I wait in the Drive-Thru line so long and I'm missing an item the last thing I want to do is wait again in the Drive-Thru again to get the rest of my food. This time it was a fry so I just called it as a loss. I get you guys get busy but something needs done

At 4pm on 2/22 I stopped to get my son some nuggets.Been in the #2 drive through order speaker for 10 minutes before anyone took my order. Was told they had 1 person in the kitchen. Watched 7 cars go through the #1 drive through while I sat there.then had to back up and pull into the #1 drive through.

We waited in the line for 10 mins while 3 other cars got their orders taken before us. We pulled up to the window and were met with a terrible attitude. All we wanted was 2 chocolate Sundaes and then they made us wait to receive them. Not pleased at all. 01/02/25 @ 11:12pm

I would give this 0 stars if possible. A couple of days ago I ordered from here and I found spit in my drink. Now when I called to complain about this a girl answered and she hang up immediately and didn’t even let me finish my sentence. I called the 2nd time and she did the same thing. She didn’t take my complaint seriously and made me feel unheard. I’m extremely disappointed and don’t recommend anyone comes here.

***This has happened more than once*** ***This is the last time*** I stopped to get my wife a large Coke Zero. I went through the drive thru. There was one person on the inside lane and one behind him, so I pulled up to the outside lane, and the automatic greeting came in. No big deal, right? Well it quickly became a big deal when, after sitting there for a few minutes, two other people in the inside lane were waited on before me. I spoke up and said, "This is ridiculous. Isn't anyone going to take my order? A lady said that there are 2 lanes, I thought, really? I'm in ONE of them. I said all I want is a large Coke Zero. I said you have taken two other orders before me as I sat there and you need to get it together. This is one of the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to. Corporate needs to go in and make some changes. I will not go back.
