We come to this mcdonald's ordered food after being at the hospital most of the day didn't get the drinks when my husband asked for them she said we didn't order any I said get the receipt so she did we clearly ordered them they was so rude I had to yell just to get the drinks Alex and the other window worker both was rude like why would I lie about drinks when u had the Receipt in ur hand and u just handed us the food 😒 come on be better people 😒 so sad

The atmosphere was fine and the employees were very kind...the issue I have with them is their food quality and service. My husband, my kids, and I got dinner to go there on Monday, January 27, 2025 and the following morning were sick as dogs because we got food poisoning from their food. We couldn't even get out of bed all day Tuesday the 28th because we were all so violently ill. I had to miss school and work, my husband missed work, and my kids missed school because of this which effected our household greatly. They also did not give my one of my kids their Happy Meal Toy which was a whole another issue within itself and they forgot my kids honey mustard sauce in both of their chicken nugget Happy Meals. I have had minor issues with this McDonald's before but, this was just HORRIBLE. I will not be eating at this location ever again! Please, do better especially with your food quality!!!

Cheeseburgers were actually come. Cheese tasted seemed like it just came out of the fridge. I miss the days when your basic burgers were sitting under a heat lamp warning and melting the cheese.

We ordered the sausage egg McMuffin meal, it tasted good but boy has the English muffin shrank in size. You need to return to the original size, so disappointing, to order two would be too expensive, so you just leave less hungry, certainly NOT full !! My husband said he wouldn't order it again, not a good recommendation!

We all know what to expect from food at McDonald's. Its greasy, absolutely terrible for you, but still delicious! While the employees were nice, my problem with this McDonald's is I had received most of my food and was asked to pull forward, I was waiting on holiday pies and it would be 6 minute's. After waiting for 25 minute's I finally went inside and they just forgot I was waiting.... extremely frustrating. So I went home with my 3 kids and ate our now ice cold dinner and thought about how this is the best McDonald's in our area, it's just okay...

Average food taste, it's McDonald's, nothing special. But the service is excellent, I rarely ever wait more than 4 to 5 minutes maximum.. The employees are in a good mood, and always accommodating. The tall African American manager is amazing, and always fun to talk to and full of positive energy. Great job McDonald's on 21 st Street.

DON'T Eat Here Unclean rude Workers !! Nobody wears gloves manager was touching my fries yesterday then the drive thru person snatched my food and card when I asked.for.a.refund!! they was all being dirty. I'm reporting them to the BBB and the health department today ..as now I have to wait 7 days for my money back cause cootchie fingers touches peoples food!! Then gets mad!! My kid went without a meal because that McDonald's is very unclean no matter how new the facility is the girls at the front are dirty I've been sick a few times after eating there !! They are lucky I have not sued

I couldn't even use my points ,they wouldn't even give me credit on my order or fix the ongoing issue with the awards app, told me to uninstall it and reinstall it, once I did that I lost all my points ! Very disappointed ?
I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with just ketchup, cheese and Mayo. Get home.. it’s not changed at all. So it has pickle, onion, mustard. No Mayo. Also took about 10 minutes for the guy to acknowledge the woman in front of me at the drive thru. At 1:30 am. Then took another 5 minutes to get to me and then didn’t even listen to what I ordered. He seemed miserable. So monotone, like he hated his life. Barely spoke outside of what was necessary to actually be a human in public. Just weird. Don’t go here after 10 pm probably. ??♀️ I never write reviews but this is like the 3rd mess up from this place.
