Tell me why when I ordered a mobile order off the app for pick up that these idiots put it in a Mcdelivery bag completely taped shut as if I’m a DoorDash driver coming and picking it up and going to deliver it to somebody. Do they not understand the difference between a regular mobile pick up order and a dumb DoorDash delivery order so I had to sit there and unseal my order get my drink out of a bag just to be able to see if all my order was there and then they didn’t put so I ordered the big breakfast which comes with hotcakes and they gave me literally one syrup and two butters, which is nowhere near enough condiments because you also get a biscuit with it so I had to go back up and ask her for butter and jelly for the biscuit in which she comes back with a handful and two more forks like why would I need extra forks you know in a total attitude about it like how dare you ask for a condiment for your biscuit? How dare you? and then I asked oh can I get one more syrup in a really nice way and she comes back and tossed it on the counter Instead of handing it to me and in the drink had 5 pounds of ice in it so I had to go dump out half the ice so I can get the correct proportion of drink to ice ratio. That’s ridiculous when I’m going in there to pick up an order I shouldn’t have to go through all that to get my food. I shouldn’t have to untape some dumb bag that’s 15 times too big for my order and then it was just tossed in there on its side. Why can’t I get a regular bag like a regular takeout customer? I didn’t place it for delivery. I’m not a DoorDash driver. I don’t understand. I always having problems with that McDonald’s. I order mobile on the app every time I order and will say that I’m there ahead of time so that I don’t have to wait and then I get there and I still end up having to wait like 20 minutes. Those people need reprimanded. Oh and I finally got to actually open my food up at home and I ordered the big breakfast with BACON and what did they give me? SAUSAGE!!!! that was the main thing I wanted and the reason I went there was to get eggs and bacon. I hate them so much. It’s not hard to read and pay attention!!!!!
