Why is it that the milkshake/ice cream machine never works at the highland blvd location by Texas Roadhouse. It doesn’t matter what time of the day it is, it never works. Replaced the machine or find staff who will use/clean the machine

Sick of coming here and they can't get the order rite I haven't drank a single drink from here ever due to the ice and drinks being rite by the money prepared with a person that touches money all day ..without gloves

Tuesday evening we went through McDonalds Drive Thru around 6:45pm located at 490 Highland BIvd, Newark, OH 43055. Our two dogs greeted the drive thru employees who fawned over them and as we were about to leave they offered to make a pup cups for each of them. The drive thru employees made the most special pup cups for them and we gave them to our dogs when we got home. Our dogs loved the pup cups so much! Later that same evening, our older dog passed away peacefully in his sleep with me right next to him. Im so very thankful to the employees who said hi to him in the drive thru making his tail wag and for making him that special pup cup. It brings me so much comfort to know he had a special treat before he passed and I will be forever grateful for those employees for their sweet gesture and to McDonalds for offering something for our furry friends. I hope to see those employees when we go through the drive thru tonight to thank them again.

Gave wrong on inside eating. I went up to get the right food, and they kept giving me the same food back and had an attitude about it. Don't know why I came here, always getting something wrong. They want $15 and an hour. Do your job, right?
Typical McDonald's. Drive thru order. Got my order slightly wrong. Was missing a couple items and some customization errors with my burger.

Went here for a doordash. Was 30 minutes from closing. Was told to pull to the 3rd window and wait. Waited 20 mins, drive-thru was empty. I pulled back to the 2nd window and they had everything closed and the woman that asked me to pull forward said they never had a doordash for the number they already had confirmed 25 minutes before that and said she never said they did.

I was in this McDonald's about 3 weeks ago.Purchasing some frappes and some food as well. I was told to pull up to the second window, and I waited at the second window for 5-7 minutes. At that time, I went into the restaurant and stood in the pick-up line, and all I heard was the manager, Maddie. I don't know if she's the manager or not. Speaking down to a young lady who had just started and tried to learn the system. She was not very nice to this young lady. She was also cussing like a sailor in front of customers who were in the lobby. I know the young lady she was not being so nice wanted to cry. Not the type of personality that should be in charge of other bodies. Also, I have been told that the hot chocolate machine has been down 42 months. I was told there is a recall on their machine.I would think that would affect all of McDonald's.But that is not the case.I can get a hot chocolate at any other mcdonald's from here to columbus. When I first moved to Newark, I was very impressed. That has since changed.

People there that work two drive through a very rude. They have 2 lines and one line will do 2 or 3 customers. And they'd before the other line will even move. They're trying to have two people run two lines when they need to have one person alternating each line, so no customer gets taken advantage of or put the side later in the line.. It's rude to let someone set there and have multiple cars and the other lane. Get their order taken why you have been there before them so rude. And then when I brought it to their attention? I was pretty much had the door slammed in my face. They turned their back on me very rude. Immature children running the store.

Employees don't listen to what you want and they act belligerent when you ask him to do something. I need a cup holder and they give you a dirty look. I asked for my meals to be in separate bags for each meal deal and they refuse to do it

I had come in to pick up my delivery,and surely what did I see first off,A young lady with a very short cropped hair? She was openly on her phone,I waited until she got off the phone and let her know I had a pick up...it was done and bagged up,but just sat there until i said something,and 3 people kept walking passed my delivery,and since I was waiting so long i decided to place my lunch order,and my mocha frappe with 2 extra shots of espresso (didn't have any espresso it my frappe)
And I also ordered 2 Mc chickens I wanted on it just ketchup, mustard, pickle and tomato!I got my food and the chicken tasted like it was past it's holding time was kind of rubbery and the tomatoes tasted bad ....and no ketchup on my Mc chickens at all!NEEDLESS TO SAY I.WONT BE GETTING MY FOOD AT THIS LOCATION NO.MORE! WHAT SUCKS IS THAT I COULD COME BACK BECAUSE OF WHERE I WAS DELIVERING FOOD OUT IN TO PLESANTVILLE ,YEAH I.DIDNT EAT MY FOOD WHAT SO EVER!the only thing that I could enjoy all though it was mad wrong was the frappe and that's truly ?

Drive thru: The chicken nuggets were dried up, old and fries were cold, wilty, old. I politely asked for fresh, no salt (due to what is mixed in the salt which can make you ill or even kill you) in my food. They didn't care. Ate a piece of each. There was salt! Threw rest away. Were these pulled out from the trash and given to me to save on food costs? The little I ate made me quite ill. My stomach hurt, I felt nauseous, then vomited when I got home. Why did these employees not care about their customers? I will not be returning.
