We came through this evening specifically for the Grinch socks. After my husband paid, they said they were out of the boxes. We get home expecting socks to be in the bags, and there were not. They didn't reverse the charges or give us a heads up. Literally the ONLY reason we came was for the Grinch socks and we wound up paying the cost of it and receiving normal meals.

Out of Dr. Pepper. Got my food then they had me pull to third window to wait for my drink. Waited like 8 minutes meanwhile people in drive thru getting served their drinks. Still nobody came out with my drink. Just ridiculous so I just left. Will never be back to this location such a joke!

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit only to get a sausage egg NO CHEESE biscuit after waiting for 10 mins at the THIRD window and being put on hold as others placed their order and passed by while I still hadn’t placed my order! THEN after waiting for my food they STILL gave me a sandwich I didn’t order but charged me for the sandwich I DID order!!! Get GROWN UPS to work the morning shift jus sayin, instead of teens or young adults too focused on DRAMA

These people didn’t have change for a fifty dollar bill????? All McDonald’s in town are terrible. I stopped going to union, 21st I’m about to quit going to, so I go to try this one and no change in the drawer for fifty dollars? How does this even happen? McDonald’s as a whole needs to get it together. 21st has the rude first window girl named alley, Union can’t get anything right, and y’all have no money lol
