Me and my mother love this place BUT sometimes a worker can be effy im not a fan of it, we called to tell them our onions were NOT cooked they were OVERLY crunchy (not cooked well enough) mind you WE COME HERE ALL THE TIMEEEE so we know and also we cook so we know onjons should be transparent when they are cooked these onions were soooo raw and bitter and when we called in some girl claimed she was a “chef” and its supposed to look like that well how funny when we cooked it on the stove the onions became transparent im not sure why they cannot admit their wrongs and wanting to talk herself out of it by claiming to be a chef (you shouldn’t lie you are a COOK its not the same) its nothing wrong with apologizing and offering to remake it but to go back and forth was out of order. SIMPLE. Lets do better

Went through the drive through expecting to order the new hot orange chicken that was owing promoted on MULTIPLE signs outside the building and on the menu, I pull up to order my food and before the full word even comes out my mouth the girl on the intercom cut me off with a rude tone stating “we don’t even have that anymore we are getting a new promotion next week” i just said okay and ordered something different and by the end of my order she was still being rude.. she didn’t say even say “hello” or “have a nice day” or even “how are you” so after dealing with her i pull up to the 2nd window and the lady is also extremely rude i tried to be nice and make small talk she looked at me like i was insane and didn’t respond… i think this store really needs to learn some manners this is horrible hospitality.

Get to go here a couple times per month. The prices are still very reasonable for fast food or take out and the portions have not been cut in half, like some many restaurants have done these past few years. The food is always hot and the service is excellent.

This one star review is exclusively because this location is now charging for a cup of tap water which used to be free. We have no complaints about the food or staff and have received consistently good service. Charging for water is downright un-American and even the staff agreed it was ridiculous.

Drive thru was quick, but I got 3 tiny pieces of beef. Wasn't even close to being warm. Very sad to have wasted money on a bowl of rice and broccoli.
