Went to this location for the first time today and the service was the worst i have ever experienced. Sat in the drive thru for 8 minutes with no one coming. Went inside and waited for 10 minutes before anyone even said hello. Finally walked out and went back to the drive thru because I realized they were running those orders but ignoring the people standing in their face. I don’t have crazy expectations at a fast food restaurant and I live in Chicago so I understand having to wait but the lack of customer service is orb the wait? I’m glad I am just passing through here and this isn’t my regular location.

This Panda Express can get busy, but the food is consistently good and well-packaged, without any mess in the containers. The inside is clean, although the tables could be wiped down more frequently. The staff is friendly and provides good service.

showed up to panda on wednesday april 2nd, waited 25 minutes for my food and was told it was done, they had one young lady running the the front and window by themselves, when i asked to speak to a manager i was told there wasnt one, when i asked for a gm, was told there wasnt one, since when did we allow store to operate without someone in charge? terrible management happening here obviously and needs to be looked into

There needs to be one Manager on duty at all times that knows what they are doing. Why have all these kids if you don't have a Manager to keep them going in the right direction. It's slow I wanted in line for 20 minutes because they are running low on food that IN THE BOWLS and ready to serve

What is this Panda? This place is definitely going downhill! Ordered almost $50 worth of food from uber eats and get a large chow mein and it’s filled with the fried veggies and legit 10 noodles throughout. Can’t trust places like this unless you’re physically in their face to see what they are putting in your containers! Instead of getting my money or food replaced I’m leaving this review, dont eat from this place, you are much better off eating somewhere WORTH your money!!
When we were there they were very busy but the food was fresh and hot. The serving size was okay, it could have been better, but everything and every where you eat is having this same thing. The servings have gotten a little smaller, but it helps you not be upset when the food is very good.

Won’t be returning to any panda location. The food is way overpriced and the portions keep getting smaller and smaller. When I asked for soy sauce the lady gave me a few packets which only has a tiny bit. Asked for more and refused to give me more. Went inside to get more and the lady confronted me at the counter and red to give me more. What a dumb way to piss off a customer. Won’t ever return, keep your overpriced food and terrible service, I can go to a nice sit down restaurant for the same price with way better service. Good riddance panda.
