Family of five, seated ourselves and then we're ignored for 20 minutes as newer patrons got seated and provided menus.
No menus, no drinks, we even interacted to ask if we needed to seat ourselves... won't be back.
We ordered a pizza with extra cheese on half and received a pizza with extra cheese on half and NO CHEESE on the other half. I can honestly say this has never happen anywhere but here.
Over the last couple of years, the service at Newark Pizza Cottage has gone downhill. I used to eat there once a week, but I am seriously afraid to go there sometimes due to the length of time it takes to get an order. It happened to me again tonight. I waited over 30 minutes for my food…my server Alex no where to be found. The food was like warm. My pizza was covered with olives, and I ordered without and I had to get up and refill our drinks.
