I absolutely love this particular Pizza Cottage which is located in Newark Ohio. I cannot count how many times I have been there and my order has been correct and the people are always friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. Your pizzas are out of this world in flavor and size and your barbecue chicken wings are my absolute favorite, bar None. When you go to the Pizza cottage, you are paying for quality so they are not the cheapest, but I will tell you this.They are one of the best that I have ever had.

Today at 4:23 I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra sauce as I always do. I knew when he handed it to me something wasn't right because it was way too light. The receipt said thin crust, but I didn't order thin crust. I wanted just the regular crust that I've gotten my whole life and never had to specify it either. Since the manager Shawn and the girl who took my order over the phone seem to think that the regular/default crust is thin I just had to get a refund and go elsewhere. The owner is a very kind gentleman, I hope he gets this straightened out. I would like to continue coming to pizza cottage newark.

Worst experience ever. Ordered carry out. Arrived at the drive thru. While all the employees were outside smoking staring at me, I waited at the window. They all go back inside 5 minutes later and still don’t assist me. I can see why this place has zero customers anymore. Don’t waste your time
