Website said 10min on a pickup order so I headed to the store, got there at 12mins after order, and the board said 3 more min, no big deal. Worker asks my name and says it's just finishing up should be 6 more minutes......40mins later I get my food, an undercooked pizza and cold breadsticks.

Absolute horrible experience. Ordered via door dash and kept getting pushed back. Pushed back a total of three times as of this post and my 652pm order is still not ready for the dasher to pick up at 827pm. Trash

If I could give negative stars I would! Pizza ready time promise was 7:39. It is 8:26 and still no pizza. 20 minutes ago I was told , it is in the oven and will be 10 more minutes. Then different employee comes through just now and says it's about to go in the oven so will be another 10 minutes. WTH!! Never coming here again. Steer clear if you want to eat dinner at a decent hour. This franchise owner sucks!
Possibly the worst service I've ever encountered somewhere before. Walked in and was not greeted just given a death stare by a woman who didn't even look sober, her name was "chenoa"... before I could tell her my name a younger girl walked in and was asking for mild sauce because she was given hot... Chenoa continued to argue with her that it was mild, then realized she was wrong so gave her the right stuff. If that was my child being spoke to that way I would flip a gasket. Fast forward, I paid and added two garlic butters on 2 SECONDS LATER she brings me my food and throws it on the table so I ask if I could again have my garlic butter I just paid for and got an eye roll. I turned around to walk out and realized I didn't have my wings so I asked if I could get those and she was so mad like I was bothering her as she was playing on her phone. Got home and my food was completely cold. I live LITERALLY 1 block away. Sad because it's such a convenient place but I'm not paying for cold food and attitude ☹️

Staff were friendly but very overwhelmed with the Saturday evening rush which lead to longer than quoted wait times. Pizza was good when it was finally ready. Staff were working hard, just maybe need a slightly better time prediction for customers to keep the waiting area from getting so backed up.
I had to wait 40 minutes past my pickup time to get my food. This location habitually does this at dinner time and weekends. There are several other chain pizza shops to spend your money at, dont waste your time here.
