Pickup time was listed as 7:11. My husband left the building at 8:13 with our food. Asked for a partial refund due to the wait and was told no and to watch for email updates of pickup times. Ridiculous and the second time something like this has happened in the past few weeks at this location. He also witnessed the manager in a yelling match with a customer in a similar situation. If your app isn’t accurate, that’s not the customers issue. And even then…over an hour difference without so much as an apology from management? We are about the most patient people when it comes to restaurants and understanding, as I worked in customer service for years. But I would have NEVER handled a situation like that.

Things change, now this is one of the worst pizza huts ever. They burnt both cheese pizzas and would not even try to make it right. I would suggest going anywhere else but here.

Ordered lunch today for 5 people. 60 dollar order. Pizza was hot and fresh and ready on time for pick up. The staff offered plates and napkins which was very nice to offer. Will go back again real soon.

We ordered 75 dollars worth of pizza for our gathering tonight and not only was it delivered late but my five and twelve year old ended up with food poisoning. Also the food was delivered 35 minutes late due to another stop and I’m not sure what happened but I’m awake at 2:18 a.m writing this because why does my child and 1/2 of my company half to suffer after spending almost 100 dollars? Horrible. Pizza Hut is mt favorite pizza and we were SO disappointed.

Estimated delivery time 7:38pm actual time of delivery 8:18pm. Called to ask about my delivery and got nothing but attitude. Pizza was lukewarm when it arrived.Will not be getting Pizza Hut anymore.

On the weekends expect a severe wait no matter how you order. Otherwise they're pretty quick. They're the only Pizza Hut in this area. I love their food its soooo Gooood!!!

Website said 10min on a pickup order so I headed to the store, got there at 12mins after order, and the board said 3 more min, no big deal. Worker asks my name and says it's just finishing up should be 6 more minutes......40mins later I get my food, an undercooked pizza and cold breadsticks.
