Thanksgiving night, nowhere else is open, I had to come back for a large fry but hey mistakes happen. They remade my order and everything I can't explain how appreciative I am of this. Thank you guys so much.

Went through the drive-thru tonight after soccer practice to get the family some food. It was a decent sized order, I understood it would take some time, so we were patient. What I didn’t appreciate was the attitude of the crew member, Megan. After I finished my order, she said “oh my god!”. Then.l, she continued to be rude the entire time and give us attitude for no reason. It’s unnecessary and horrible customer service. They also didn’t even make part of my order so I had to go back and wait longer.

We ordered two Coney dogs one looked like it was fresh and one looked like it had been sitting for a long time. Weird.
Workers are over worked and understaffed. It’s the only reason for the bad review. Have been in the drive through for an hour and 15 minutes which is beyond crazy. Workers said the boss doesn’t want to hire anymore employees. I stayed and waited it out and 14 cars left the drive through. Losing out on clientele because you don’t want to hire more people. Please get your act together

I was there twice tonight. The first time they goofed our order so bad, the girl gave me a different price than what the speaker gave me. It was missing a meal, it included an extra drink and they goofed our burger. I told the girl how the order was supposed to be. Didn’t matter. So I drove back to rally’s to fix the burger, told the woman what I wanted to her face, again, and they still got it wrong. I’m getting older by the second dealing with society and it will be the last time I ever go to Rally’s. What a waste of money and time!!! Go elsewhere!!!

Drive through is incredibly slow. They are always understaffed and never have my orders in time. I am a Doordasher so this affects my salary negatively.
