Two times in the past week i have ordered food both times they have never gave the dasher the milk shakes that's 20 some dollars they have got for free and will not refund me my money I have gave them chance after chance there food is nasty i would give zero stars if i could don't waste your time or money

This use to be a decent place to go grab lunch. Then they got an automated speaker/ order taker. I tried it three times. Everytime, my order was wrong. What a ridiculous system. I will not be back.

Sometimes you get lucky and foods fresh and hot, but more times it’s half full and old. This was our fry lovers xl, and what was there were chewy and old. Great job guys

Every time I order a burger from the Newark Ohio store it's cold. This time we tried their spicy chicken sandwich, and it was pretty good. I can't stand the AI ordering I would much rather talk to a live person. Still a fast food sandwich nothing fancy.
