My morning had started out really rough, won't go into detail, stopped into Rally's on 21st St in Newark, OH and was greeted with the kindest customer service - that real, genuine kind that turns your day around. When I pulled up to get my order, I was met with the kindest smile and a genuine wish for a great day ahead! This was the kind of service that our parents used to talk about back in their day. This lady embodied it! *I had stopped in here once before, specifically for (my favorite) fries and they were overly salty. This time, they were PERFECT!

Automated drive thru you can’t even talk to a person to ask questions about your food. The building was full of workers, but the drive-through is a robot that can’t even answer questions. Never again. Food was not good
Was told you don't serve the rally burger any more. How do you get rid of your main sandwich. Whats the point of staying open. Will never return unless the rally burger comes back

they screwed my order up ordered big buford meal with mustard and ketchup it says right on the grill slip.so they forgot my fry and had everything on my sandwich won't be back dam joke iam pissed.
