Ordered a regular frozen chai and for some reason they gave me a “dirty” chai. Tasted like espresso and flat soda. Not the first time this has happened where they completely miss my order

Lobby was closed and I had to knock on the window to get someone’s attention. Went through the drive thru, I ordered 2 bacon burritos I opened mine to find a (metal nut that goes to a bolt) wrapped up with my burrito. My dad had a screw hook wrapped up with his burrito. Unfortunately, the lady took it before I had a chance to take a picture of that one. The only thing happened was sorry I’ll refund your money.

The prices for some options of milk replacement, is pretty steep considering I get about 2 tablespoons of oat milk substitute. They shouldn't charge to replace if the amount is less than the amount of milk being added. It was my favorite coffee spot, but the price gouge is why I have to switch coffee spots. The new spot doesn't charge to substitute alternatives. Wish they'd change that, I'd choose RR everytime.

Have been here several times and wanted to like it but no matter how I order my beverage, it’s always extremely sweet and leaves me disappointed. Very nice team though.

I used the dining area for a loan signing, has Chai Tea. It was very good, along with a chocolate chip cookie.
This is my go to coffee shop. Myself and many others in the community are regulars here. Highly recommend any of the frozen drinks they’re to die for!

I always have a great experience with my favorite dishes being the chicken salad croissant and maraschino cherry over ice! I usually go through the drive-through to allow all three of my pups to get pup cups, although sometimes this can be a timely process as they are often extremely busy!

First time coming (21st) and I ordered a Mocha Ice Coffee and a Mocha frozen. The iced coffee tasted like watered down chocolate milk, no coffee flavor at all. The large is much smaller than other coffee places and leaked all over the place. However the frozen coffee tasted yummy like a Wendy's frosty but again no coffee taste.
