This is my go to coffee shop. Myself and many others in the community are regulars here. Highly recommend any of the frozen drinks they’re to die for!

I always have a great experience with my favorite dishes being the chicken salad croissant and maraschino cherry over ice! I usually go through the drive-through to allow all three of my pups to get pup cups, although sometimes this can be a timely process as they are often extremely busy!

First time coming (21st) and I ordered a Mocha Ice Coffee and a Mocha frozen. The iced coffee tasted like watered down chocolate milk, no coffee flavor at all. The large is much smaller than other coffee places and leaked all over the place. However the frozen coffee tasted yummy like a Wendy's frosty but again no coffee taste.

The guy working there accidentally gave us an extra drink we hadn’t ordered and mentioned that we had already been charged for it. He took the drink back and assured me that he’d refund my card and suggested I check in an hour to see if the refund went through. He also said if the refund didn’t go through to come back through the drive thru. Unfortunately, the refund didn’t appear, so I went back through the drive-thru as instructed. When I explained the situation, they basically said, "I don’t know what to tell you," and didn’t offer any further help. While I understand mistakes happen, I was hoping for a bit more assistance.

Staff amazing, food amazing, coffee SPECULATOR, the girl who wears the pins is a sweety and will def be giving her a pin next time keep it up guys your the reason alot of name brand shops will loose or go out of business

River Road Coffee House is one of my favorite go to places. Amazing breakfast choices and the chai and hot chocolate are fresh. I highly recommend this coffee shop. Nice and local.
I really enjoy hot coffee drinks and honestly, River Road is the coffee house I recommend to people.The order today was cold chai tea and a cinnamon mocha latte, at the 21st street location. The tea tasted watered down and the latte was overly sweet with no chocolate or coffee flavor. At the Granville location everything has always been spot on, but today we were passing the 21st street store. How can the two stores be so different? Maybe the 21st street people need more training with the Granville people.
