Sliced Up Pizza

I had been wanting to try this place out, but kept saying, “Eh, maybe next time.” Well not anymore. My husband and I finally took the plunge. We ordered a large pierogi pizza (which was the special) and garlic knots. Both were amazing! The seasoning blend was balanced. The marinara on the side was good, and I don’t even like marinara. I have one word for you foodies out there in the Newark, OH area...CALZONES!? Sliced Up makes beautiful pizzas that are on another level of taste. Sure, they have plain cheese, cheese and pepperoni, BLT, etc...but they up their game by serving gourmet style pizzas as well using fresh ingredients; trust me, you can TASTE the difference. Sliced Up Pizza was the best tasting, well thought out slice of pizza I have ever had! The combination of flavors coupled with their signature, great tasting, chewy, oil-drizzled crust was to die for!
