The manager literally argued with me when they put beef in my SOPAPILLA that was supposed to be beans and cheese. They did not want to give me a refund. I told them I wasn’t driving all the way back there to show them the SOPAPILLA they messed up. Then, he tells me he is giving me a credit. He asked my name and gave me a reference number and now guess what?! They “can’t find” where I’m supposed to have a credit! Never going here again. I feel like they stole from me. If you mess up, you fix it!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You better hope and pray they don’t mess up your order. You won’t get a refund. You won’t get a credit. But you will get to feel like it’s your fault they messed up. They tried to make me bring the messed up SOPAPILLA back to them all the way from Pataskala. When I told them I was not doing that, I was finally offered a credit. I go to use the credit two days later and no one can find it in their books. Aka they didn’t make anything right and I don’t think they even care. They owe me for their mistake but I’ll never see it so I’ll never go here again.

Ordered online and it said it'd be ready in about 25 minutes. Got there 25 minutes later and it was hot and it tasted great. I've always gone to LA Paloma but came here on a Monday because La Paloma was closed. It was a great decision and I'll be ordering from here in the future as well.

For whatever reason the food has changed drastically. New owner or cook, I don't know, but the quality of the food has changed from a 10 to a 1. There is way too much salt in both the refried beans as well as the sopapilla. We live about 150 miles from the restaurant, and when my husband goes to that area, he always brings home sopapillias...never again. Such a huge . disappointment. When we lived in that area, we ate there at least once if not twice a week

Came to this location for a celebratory dinner for my four year old son who just finished his baseball season. When we walked in initially there weren’t many tables available. Understandable , with it being small. However, a large booth opened up so my family (two toddlers, four adults including two handicapped grandparents). We go to sit down and the woman a the front counter is physically yelling saying let me wipe the table down. I offer to wipe the table down for her and not only does she roll her eyes she swayed her hand with annoyance. I’m sorry it annoyed you so much I wanted my almost 80 year old parents to sit down after dealing with extreme heat at the ballpark. I explained to my father it was clear our business wasn’t wanted and the lady was being rude. When the woman asked at the front counter what I said I gladly told her she was rude and we were taking our business elsewhere. I highly recommend this location gets someone who understands the meaning of customer service because if she continues to treat people how she treated us I can’t imagine their business will be doing well much longer. How hard is it to be friendly? A simple hello when customers walk through the door could suffice. If someone offers to wipe a table down for you that’s a CUSTOMER try not to be such a witch. I won’t be coming back nor will I recommend it to anyone else. The food isn’t worth it.
