Ordered a sign of rice in a wet beef burrito four other people got their orders before me and when the rice came out came out it wasn't hot and tasted disgusting when I got my wet burrito it was just in a hard flour tortilla with a little bit of cheese dumped over it very disgusting and a waste of

I've been a lifer for sopapillas but tonight's experience was a final visit. Ordered bean,rice and cheese and cut into beef and cheese. I was calm, mistakes happen but absolutely no apology, no empathy, just a silent refund from someone in a green shirt. You've shown you're commitment to food quality and customer service.
