We have not stepped foot in this place for years. That being said; this is the best "fastfood" I have ever had. It may be a fluke, but our food was AMAZING! The restaurant was clean, the restrooms were clean. You order at the kiosk, find a seat and wait for your name to be called. It's different but very efficient. I must say that, we will be back to make sure this wasn't a fluke. Phenomenal!

Parking: Handicap parking.

Was there this afternoon 1-24-25 i just say Trinity rude and so is Manager taking order , not listen and tried to over charge us - Lady at window closed the door at drive through rudely and these 2 Woman need to be fired !!!! Bad service and rude- will never come back here

I NEVER receive my cheese fries when I order them. Why?? Also one of our meals was missing a drink. Everytime we order doordash for steak n shake especially at night, the order is wrong.

The customer service was awful, we were told to wait at the drive thru ordering station, not a problem. But as soon as the lady started taking our order she was rude. Started yelling at us and rushed us through our order. She was a shorter woman, working the window. We called and complained, and she was extremely disrespectful. She used profanity, and claimed to be the, “big boss”.

This place has and always will be a joke the discrimination for how someone works and what they look like is almost as worse as the place it’s self who cares if someone has tattoos why’s that any of your business if they just want to work . That’s not a reason let alone how the place looks so ran down !

I went through the drive thru, ordered off of the $5.29 menu and ordered a small shake. This should not have come to over $10, but it did. As soon as I ordered the shake, she said that is the #1 and upsized my order, changed my order and charged me more. I don’t like companies that do this practice as I wanted the product and sizes that I ordered. I won’t be going to this location anymore.

We were charged for our food up front. They never fully completed the order and refused to make the missing items when we told them about it. . The manager was the one who refused to complete our order. We asked for her name but she wouldn’t give it to us. She went and hid in the back like a child. It is your typical Steak ‘n Shake food quality, but the location is extremely mismanaged. If your food order is correct, that’s great… but if it is wrong for any reason, they will refuse to make things right, and will outright accuse you of lying to them about something so petty as a missing fast food item. Oh, and there is a phone number posted to the door where you call if you have complaints but don’t bother because it is disconnected.
