Staff was rude and slow. They have restrooms displayed but keep them locked, when you asked about a key, they look at you with disgust and in a snarky manner, “We don’t have public ones. Very distasteful service.

Last few times I’ve gotten subs here they have been out of numerous staples… cheese, spinach, cucumbers, meatballs, marinara, certain bread types, etc. The people who work here are great! But it is clear the owner has lost interest. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

They are NEVER open on time!! Or do they ever answer the phone! You can see the workers inside and refuse to open on time!

In the running for one of the worst subways on the planet. Staff never knows what they’re doing or has a bad attitude and the consistently overcharge and provide poor products and service.

Had to make 2 trips just to get my dinner. The young man in there apologized for not reading the order when he made his version of what I ordered. I appreciated that. To make matters worse the girl that was working with him thought she would be cute and make me wait 10 mins for my sandwich to be made. I was the only one there at the moment. She wouldn’t help this boy who was obviously new and needed help. He needed to know where the lettuce was since he was out. She just decided that didn’t matter. At this point I am beyond livid. I gave her the evil eye and asked her to help him so I could get home once again with my dinner. After she rolled her eyes she went to help him. Finally after him looking at the receipt for a few mins I just politely told him I can tell you what to put on it. More than 10 mins later I finally get to leave. I was disgusted!!! All the ingredients were mixed in with the other ingredients and the store was a wreck. It has gone down hill. Wasn’t worth it.

If they ever answered their phone I would give them more stars. On top of that none of the store in the Newark/Heath area accepts coupons. If they don't accept them then they need to stop sending them to residents of the county.

I don’t think this place is as bad as some of the reviews say it is. I’ve never had an issue, never had anyone be rude or anything like that. The food always looks and tastes good. My only gripe is that they always make the sandwiches upside down with the toppings on the bottom underneath the meat and cheese. I know it’s petty and sounds nit picky, but it’s annoying and makes the sandwich taste like you’re eating it backwards, so I always have to take it apart and redo it. I also almost never get the vinegar and oil I order.

Does this location accept coupons and app discounts?

My first visit to this location and the sandwich was a delicious piece of art, at a alarmingly good price.Fast forward 2 weeks, that sandwich now costs $1.50 more for a 6" and you'll be made to feel as though you're bothering the employees with your incessant demands to have a sandwich made the way you want. Even a simple straightforward instruction like "one very thin line of yellow mustard" ended with mouthfuls of mustard. Also, don't be distracted by the other associate trying to ring you up while they put your toppings on your sandwich, watch your sandwich!I understand employees have other duties that must also be completed, but when they're interacting with customers, that should be the focus.A very stark reminder that the days of "sandwich artist" are in the past.

this is not a review, this is a reply back to Tiffany McCalister’s review. First of all we can not help that our toaster needed to cool down and you knew that before ordering your sub. 2. you said you had mold on your cheese? that was not mold. that is literally the peppers in the pepper jack cheese. we had got our truck that day when you can in, everything you had on your sub was fresh right off the truck. 3. you had called in about it and we told you if you had the sub we can remake it or give you your money back. we are not allowed to do either of those if you can not provide the sub, because we don’t know if you ate it or not. and we are not going to cover your food/money if you cannot provide the sub. It’s a policy we have to go by. 4. you said there was mold in the tea. that tea was made fresh that morning so try again. 5. you were quite literally hitting your weed pen IN the store. which is 100% not allowed you thought you were slick bc i was looking down. also you can’t say you’re “disgusted by the employees” when your attitude and actions are disgusting. make sure to provide more information that is correct before making a review full of lies hunny. also if our store makes you that disgusted don’t come back in.

Highly disgusted by this establishment! I had mold in my tea, hair in my sub and they didn't have a toaster oven to melt cheese on sub! Then when I called back to have it made right they asked for the sub back which I threw in trash bc I refused to eat it and was disgusted by not only the food but the employees also! Ruined all subways for me thanks! Do not go here ever!
