Went to Subway 30th Street. I was having a large party. Needed to order 8 Footlong Subs. Hazel waited on me and she was so helpful. Order the subs to pickup the next day. Get to subway the next day. Everything was ready to go. Thanks for all your help.

I haven't been to a subway in a few years, tonight I stopped in this location and ordered a Philly cheese steak sub. I was greeted immediately upon entering which was a pleasant surprise. The portions were decent size and the service could not have been better. Compared to other sandwich shops around, the prices are very reasonable.

It was a terrible experience they messed up our order called in the same day and they said they would replace it the next day so we called in again to make sure and they told us that they weren’t going to replace it because they needed the food back that night but they were literally about to close by time I got home and there was no way I could of made it back there by time the closed at 9 when I got food around 8:30

Ordered a BMT and they couldn’t be bothered to put the ham on it. Just pepperoni and salami. Wanted me to drive all the way back for them to make it right. Why should I? Don’t you give out credit for your mess ups??

This long time franchisee appears to be going out of business. They are unable to order inventory for the stores at least in the Newark area. They sold off the store in Heath. The last time I was in was January where I had placed a mobile order. They completed the order despite having no bread and some of the other ingredients. The two ladies spent my 15 minutes gossiping and could not process a refund. One was leaving for the day after they told me the manager would be in later. I contacted subway and someone from the franchise who claimed to be the owner had said it would be processed. It was not. I waited 2 weeks, emailed again, and another 2 weeks no reply. These stores won't be around for much longer if they keep it up. Disappointing for a store with a 3 digit restaurant number having being around for well over 30 years. Multiple disputes with capital financing firms in past year and before.

Horrible experience! Cashier tried to charge my friend 13.49 for a 6” sub. Was very rude the whole time . We walked out with no food!

Ordered a Steak Egg and Cheese Breakfast sub for 6.99. They were out of egg. So I ordered it without the egg. They then wanted to charge me 9.99 for the sub and refused to charge the breakfast sub price.
I will never eat here again.

They're horrible if you order ahead. Order is all wrong. Asked specifically for the toppings to be ON TOP of the meat and cheese, not under. Still got it made upside down. Idk why Subway does that?? So stupid. Also asked for extra mayo and vinegar and got none. This is why I refuse to tip ahead. Why would I tip BEFORE I even get my food and you can't be trusted to earn the tip?
