New manager Alyssa likes to be rude to the minors that work there and brag to them about how many pills she can do. My son realized it was an unprofessional atmosphere and quit...which sucks because he really liked that job.

Don't order delivery from this location twice I've ordered from this place and I'm missing part of my order first time chips, second time drinks then when you call to resolve they either have you come get what they forgot or they don't answer the phone

Absolutely will never go to that subway again night shift people nothing but crackheads sub was ridiculous. Bun Was destroyed vegetables look like they needed to be thrown in the trash. J/s They better get that place figured out quick or they’re gonna lose a lot of business. I will never be back to that one.

There was left over food sludge on white boards subs are made on. So when my wrap was made it collected someone else’s subs juices. Gross. The male who rolled my wrap didn’t roll it correctly nor cut it in half so when I went to pick up the wrap all my continents fell out and on me every where. There was no napkins put in my sub bag to wipe up alllllll the food that fell on me. Not that I was going to eat it. And I wasn’t even trying to eat the sub after I noticed the contaminants from someone else’s sub on the white paper they prepare the subs on. The building was dirty and the hand sanitizer unit was black from filth. Overall won’t be visiting this place ever again. First time ever going to this subway. Don’t recommend.

Horrible service. The manager Alyssa doesn’t even know the store number. Told I was lyin when I called to let them know they put one piece of pepperoni on my sub and that was legit IT. I never complain about businesses but to be told I’m lying and that they can’t fix it in anyway is trash. Exactly why I usually don’t eat at subway. It’s like the burger kind of subs joints. Some times people r using their last dollar to eat and u should at least use some tlc when making their order. Would you let your kids or family eat it? Then don’t serve it.

It has been almost 1 1/2 years since I've been to this one in person and over 2 years since I ordered online which always got it wrong like forgetting the meat for breakfast sub. Anyways wanted to give it another chance and use the 3 subs for 17.99 but they don't honor coupons because of inflation. Nobody makes money off of coupons, which are for bringing in business and move product, they should try to upsell into a meal or get cookies or something else. I wonder if this subway has alot of waste or atleast let employees take the food before it spoils? Unless they are actually busy?

Just more disappointing everytime I go in this place. Grab coupons, get there and a sign on the door stating the no longer take coupons due to food cost. Who does this? Subway, you send out coupons, you honor the coupons. Shame on you.Couple of other times I was in this store, other customers were treated poorly.

Sad excuse for a sub. 30th has to be the worst of all Newark Subway stores. Bad service, dirty conditions, and stale bread. Save yourself than anguish and go anywhere but a Paul Queens Newark Subway.
