I am at doordasher. They forgot one of my drinks for one of my orders. I asked the crew if everything was there and they said yes. So when I go to deliver one of the orders, the customer was upset that they didn't get the drink. I take partial responsibility for not double checking their work and simply trusting them at their word. However, when I called and spoke to the manager, instead of apologizing she chastised me for not checking the ticket. I told her to have her crew stop telling me that everything is there when it clearly isn't. That's on them. I will be checking every order of theirs from now on even if they tell me everything is there.

Manager , if that is what she is , has a serious attitude problem.......I'll never step foot in there again and we are restaurant owners ....would never talk to one of our customers that way .

The bread was rock hard! Customer service was horrible. One of the subs had a hair on it. Expensive for the poor service and the quality of food.

We came through on our way to the park, my grandbabys were with me, my grandson, who is 2, was having a meltdown in the middle of me trying to order & the manager got irritated she was rolling her eyes at me, she was rushing me through the line, which irritated me allot. She has no customer skills, obviously to act that way towards me or any customer with children.
Anybody who has toddlers knows they can be a handful when this happens. She had no compassion or patience what so ever.
I won't be coming back.
If you don't like your job, you really should look for another one where you don't deal with the general public.

Ordered through the app. I ordered a 6 in ham n cheese sub on multi grain. With a drink. Didnt receive the drink. It was on the wrong bread, and if it actually came with extra cheese and meat like i ordered, id hate to see it without. It would of then been nothing but bread. I will NEVER order from this location again! RIP OFF. JERSEY MIKES NEXT TIME

2 Dollar churros taste like a burnt bagel cinnamon on it. Don’t recommend, when we walked in the worker was outside. And she didn’t come in until a few minutes and said that she didn’t see us walk in. She also came in the front door? What are you doing out there? also didn’t really care that we were there.
